Nah. The color around the pupil is gold. And around that is like a bluish green. For some reason my license says green and an older ID says brown which is just plain wrong. I had to spend a few minutes online recently matching colors so I knew the correct color.
My brother is black and has blue eyes. I remember as a child always opening his eyelids while he slept.

On the real, hazel is fairly uncommon so the black girl and latina girl bit is accurate. I have yet to meet a latina girl or black girl that has actual hazel eyes, but they always claim to have them.
It's much more likely among Persian, Central European(Armenia, Hungary, Austria, etc), and Eastern European girls.

Voted other. Mine are green sometimes and blue sometimes, depending on what color shirt I am wearing or if I am indoors vs outdoors. I wear a lot of blue shirts because of this.
Dark brown. Got them from my asian dad.
Really flexible sort of green. Swings back and forth from light to dark green, but mostly central green (Edge towards the dark side).
