Working for a female boss.

First part-time job was waiting in a restaurant. Female manager used to make the male staff stay at the end and wash up in pink washing up gloves while the women set up the restaurant. Also used to pinch my bum, but I thought nothing of it. HR disaster if she were a he, though.
Seems that every female manager I've worked for, with and now over has a chip on their shoulder. It's like they want to be in charge because they want to be in charge, not because they feel they have anything to contribute by being in charge.
My dad always said he could never work for a women, and I used to think (as a kid) that he was a sexist dinosaur...now I totally get it.

Yes, yes, and YES. My last full-time corporate job was two years ago when I had one of the worst female bosses imaginable. Over 40, bitter, fat, ugly, incompetent, micromanaging, man-hating, cunty, part of an "equal opportunity" (minority) affirmative action hire...
Dude...are we working for the same broad??

Yep. That's because they FEAR confrontation (because their bodies do not produce testosterone...they, literally, "have no balls"...)

Of all the advice I can offer to young men on taking employment, not working directly beneath a female is number 1 by about a million light years.
Yep. It's a sure career derailer. Although, in this perverse politically correct, affirmative-actioned world we live in, you're going to have some female employees. Even in jobs they aren't qualified for (basically, everything above administrative and clerical roles). And having at least one occasional female boss is a good education in working with women: you quickly learn that RESULTS do not matter...feeeeeeewings matter! How did I make little Stephanie feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel when I told her "your work doesn't support your conclusion...can you revise your memo?" Bad? Then it's MY fault. Not her fault her work sucks. It's MY fault that she feeeeeeeeeeeels bad. Even though she confessed, just two weeks earlier, that "I....I...I struggle with my self-confidence sometimes".
Well maybe that's because you are 5 foot 4 but weigh 220 pounds, Stephanie...

Interestingly enough, this is one of the biggest things that I have to lie about in job interviews.
let me put it this way. I'm going into a field which is infamous for, among other things, brutal working hours (80hrs is typical), uncaring bosses, and a cutthroat environment.
However you know what else this field has? It's almost entirely male dominated. There's typically a few aggressive self promoter women, but your typical femcunt doesn't last long enough to ever be managing someone.....it's way more work than that type is ever willing to put in.
All of those downsides are well worth the benefits of never having to work for cunty female boss.

I worked for a female boss once. It wasn't a nightmare. I communicated frequently, propped up her ego (I do this with all bosses), and - get this - flirted with her. Great working relationship. Helped that she wasn't a cunt though.
That said, I still prefer working for a male boss. No questions asked.

Exactly. It's easy to figure out what I'm trying to do, but..
A) It doesn't really matter. There's multiple industry/job function combinations that fit this description and I'd be happy working in any one of them.
B) It wouldn't help anyone narrow it down. Let's share what I've shared publicly: I'm a former military officer at a top 30 business school. Good luck Doxxing me from that: there's hundreds of people who fit that description at any given time. Even if you look for people whose first name starts with C it's a long list.
Back on topic, I am grateful that I've never had to work for a female boss. I did have to work with a few female officers and they generally fell into two camps. The married ones were usually pretty pleasant, and just regarded it as a job. They wanted shit taken care of so they could go home and enjoy their lives. The single ones were, to the last one of them, obnoxious, self promoting, entitled, confrontational cunts.

Current boss is a shrieking mess. Zero leadership skills. Amazing ability to nuance and dissect a topic into 1000 pieces. Unfortunately, my office is female dominated so none of them think for themselves. She is actually extremely intelligent but can't parlay that intelligence into morale building, creating an momentous environment, or anything else.
Shit got heated for a while there; I asked to work remote because my numbers were down and I proved that the environment (transferred from east coast office to this one) was hurting my performance. She didn't consider it. Needed surgery and asked for the time off, she implied I may be fired and its against company policy for me to schedule surgery prior to clearing it with them. I attempted to improve some processes, zero support. Its all about feelings and them being in control. Because she didn't help me at any turn, I started subversively creating problems for her. Those were funny conversations. Its hilarious when they are the last to know about something and the first reaction isn't about what is or isnt to occur but "how this makes them look"
Working around all women for the first year was the most soul sucking time in my life. Now its plain funny. I used to get pissed because they would wrap themselves in company blankets that were Christmas gifts and intended to be brought home or not change out of their commuting shoes. Now, I just play to their level and give zero fucks; wear a hat all day, leave whenever I want, excuse myself from travelling to NYC for our annual X-mas party etc, etc.
All the posts advise against working with women and I agree. However, there are huge, life long lessons in being in such a shit environment.

Yeah, I was just asking because I'm making a career move and am considering CRE which fits the confines you described. No interest in knowing your identity more just how you made the jump.
Doxxing? Aint no one got time for that shit.

I really wish these women would just lighten up. It's as if responsibility destroys a woman's personality.
I couldn't do it. I have not had a female boss for over 15 years. I have no boss now but work in a male dominated industry, hence no female "decision makers" to pretend to please.

Pretend to please...well stated! I feel like I am an actor. Or a con-man, and these women are my "mark". I stroke their fragile ego and make them feel good, like the anti-depressants they pop like M&M's. I don't believe a word I'm saying, but I do it so they won't take out their ineptitude on ME, but rather will vent their frustration on some other poor sap.
You are an "actor" on a "stage" trying to avoid any more "drama."

Sexual Harassment.
One of my female bosses was big on it. she would always talk about sex, groping and grabbing ass. She's screwed most of the guys there. She was decent looking back then, I just happened to run into her on Facebook ("people you may know" from going through the contacts on my phone) she's just way used up now, and gained a bunch of weight...
Another one, wasn't so bad, but still tended to sexually harass the guys. She would have loud conversations about sex with the female employees, and one of them was selling sex toys on the job. There were rumors that she was screwing one of the guys, but not verified. She was actually...pretty gross looking...
