Rolling Dolo: Colombia or Peru

Greetings All - I'm new to the game and will be taking my first vacation to South America in early Dec. for 2 weeks. My Spanish is at the beginner level. Any advice on which country, Colombia or Peru, is better suited for me? Or maybe what questions I should be asking myself to make a better decision?

As long as Bolivia could serve you 18 to 21s in a platter, it would be great. It doesn't. So it has to be Colombia, where the women are prettier and like older gentlemen.
If you are a broke, young gringo backpacker go to Peru.

I think Sidney Crosby was joking when he wrote that about Bolivia, but I'm waiting for confirmation.

I for sure was, kind of annoys me to see newbies ask questions to answers they could´ve easily gotten if they used the search function. Hell, you don´t even need to do that, it´s probably on the first page of the travel section.

If there was some way to restrict people's ability to make new threads until they had 1 rep point, or 100 posts, or some other arbitrary cut off, it'd probably prevent lot of the badly researched "tell me where to go in the world for a week to get laid!" posts.

Don't forget to post a data sheet when you get back. Bolivia is one of the most underdiscussed places on here.

I am open to new places, even where supposedly the girls aren't that pretty. In Fortaleza and Manaus, I am way happier sexuall,y with cute young 18 to 21. yr olds, as compared to 28 to 30 yr. olds in Warsaw, Madrid or even Kiev.

Maybe some criollas (spanish blood) are good material, but by rule bolivians tend to be ugly.

BrewDog: Welcome back after 7 days in the penalty box, brother.

After the 7-day ban your Warning Level is no longer 0% -- if it hits 100% you'll be banned for good, so tread as lightly as possible for a while, OK?

It looks like you were mistaken by some for a Silver Troll, but that was clearly a misunderstanding. I know you are who you say you are, and I hope you'll be sticking around. A bit more good old Southern Blood can't hurt none!

It's good to be back! Thanks for the re-welcome! [Image: smile.gif]

And I love Skynyrd. I saw them a few years back and they were great. It wasn't the real Skynyrd because they died in a plane crash in Mississippi. But it was his young cousin or nephew or something. And they're still very good.

I know, me too. Can you imagine some shmoe wandering around Bolivia thinking, "Where are all these hot chicks that some random guys in an internet forum were discussing? Surely the internets wouldn't lie to me."

I've never been. But after hearing many hostel stories, I'll just pass. It's pretty dangerous and the girls aren't very pretty.

I was reading some traveler chick's blog and she crossed into Bolivia for one day to hang out to say she'd been to Bolivia, and she got robbed with a gun in her face from some guys on a motorcycle. And no, I have no idea if a story on a blog is legit, but it didn't seem concocted.

But I haven't heard any good stories about Bolivia.

In general on the westcoast of latin america, the closer to the coast you are the hotter girls will be (probably due to more historical genetic mixing). That means girls in the mountains in Ecuador are ugly, same in Peru and guess what Bolivia is completely landlocked and the hardest to reach due to its altitude. So you get the real native indian types there; short and ugly. Colombia might be the exception to the rule with the Venezuelan border.

The country itself has its strong points though. Spectacular nature, extreme sports and very cheap (including the semi legal drugs).
