I am excited to open my first thread on the forum. I broke up with my ex-gf 3 months ago and am off on my first game related vacation!

A big shout-out to the veterans on this forum, I have read some threads on this forum and props to you. Thanks to the guys who have written threads on the Philippines, I have read many of them. There are too many of you too name, but the list includes 20Nation, TravelHardcore, and Fisto! I read 20Nation’s books and those are an inspiration to me! Thanks to tbolt4 for the intel via PM. This is my first time in the Phils and I know it will be an amazing trip! A shoutout to Brodiaga, I liked your Jakarta thread.

Here is the trip itinerary:
•Manila: June 26 – July 2
•Cebu City: July 2 – 8 (might extend longer)
•July 8-17* to be split between extending in Cebu City and Manila. There is a chance that I might throw in a 3rd city. That is unlikely as I abandoned an earlier idea of Davao City.

1.Manila

•Arrival: Friday, June 26 in the morning
•Golden touchdown plan: I pipelined a girl to meet me at the airport. Then the plan is to get an UBER black car to my hotel to get my Filipino flag with her. We talked sexually so LMR will hopefully be low.

Hotel:
After research in Makati and Malate, I decide to stay in the Malate Ermita area after advice from one of my girls. I am staying in a hotel walking distance from Robinson’s Place Mall, as I plan to use the mall for day-game and to pipelined girls. I am booked from June 25 – 30. If I like the hotel I will also book there for July 1-2. If I don’t like it I will book elsewhere for July 1-2.

2.Cebu City

•Arrival: Thursday, July 2 in the afternoon

I am staying form July 2-8 in a hotel walking distance from clubs near Mango Square Mall in Cebu City proper. I read that THC pulled 4 girls in one night from a club, I believe this was in the Mango Square area.

My one observation on your Manila leg of the trip would be in regards to staying in the Malate area! The advice given to you by one of your girls would suggest that she is from that area! I personally would not recommend staying in Malate to someone on their first visit to the Philippines. Various reasons, main one being that it is not the safest area of Manila and your options are very limited. As far as it being a good place for night game I strongly disagree unless LA Café is your destination of choice!

Much better to stay in Makati or the Fort area. Lot's of intel on both places can be found on here. Then again, if you are on a budget Malate will be cheaper but worth paying the extra peso to be in a much better location!

Thanks PacFan and Dagnasty for your feedback. I have already paid for my hotel in Malate. But after I arrive I will begin looking to stay in another area for June 30 and July 1. Sounds like Malate may not be ideal.

PacFan: yes, I think that girl does live in the Malate area. I had been researching Makati previously.

Hey Manilabound!

When are you in country? I imagine experiences will be similar from DIA and cupid though I only know from cupid. I came across a few religious types during pipelining and ended up breaking off contact with a few. But many girls use it as a front. Though I was never invited to bible study class lol! That may be an exception.

I have also got a lot of attention from 6s and 7s. Yes, that is a good line to grab a drink and explore. During your chatting, did you find out about their hobbies and interests? A lot of Filipinas like karaoke, shopping, and beauty stuff etc. But obviously there is a lot more to them. I realize if you haven't spent much time chatting with a girl then the in-person meeting will be an opportunity to learn about them before trying to pull.

Here's a little tip:

When asking a filipina about her interests and hobbies. If she's not giving you much to work with, ask her to teach you a little tagalog. "How do you say 'pretty' in tagalog?"

When she tells you, repeat that word back to her, with a long gaze and smile. She'll giggle, blush, and look away. You would likely have reduced time-to-bang by 50-80% just by doing that, especially if she says you are 'gwapo'.

I was doing that shit all the time - I know it sounds beta, but it worked.

I'll be in Saigon in a few weeks or so, so I will post reports about that soon. I need to check whether Manila and Cebu are good holiday destinations or whether Jakarta/Surabaya will be a better choice. Ramadan is certainly over by then, so my aim would be a month in either place.

VP, genius idea for the Tagalog thread. I tried something like this when I started testing pipelining . "Hey, do you speak any Tagalog?" Or I would use a translator program and open them in Tagalog. Oftentimes I would deliberately screw up the words and they would be eager to teach/correct me.

I don't know why but it's a pain in the ass for me to learn Tagalog. Indonesian and Thai is no problem. But Tagalog - no chance.

I would also go to Liv Superclub in Mandaue city.

J-Ave is full of Koreans and hookers on a weekend.

Liv is more classy.

There's 22nd Street Comedy Bar in Mango as well if you like live music. There also bands playing in El Gecko and in All-Stars Sports Bar.

After getting on the flight from Tokyo to Manila I realized that I had 13,400 PHP and no bank permission. Grabbed a taxi to my hotel in Malate and went straight to my room after check-in. We had sex and there was no LMR, nice and easy! Hotel:
One note about guest policies at Filipino hotels for first-timers. I booked my room for 2 adults and at check-in I told the clerk I was the “only” tenant and needed only one key. So I told her I would not give her the names of the companions. She was okay with that.

Robinson’s Place Mall
After sex walked 5 minutes to the mall and had breakfast as the mall was not open yet. I booked my hotel in Malate to be situated closely to Robinson’s Place Mall. The mall is sizeable and has everything I needed to get settled. My girl helped me shop at the mall and I allowed her to stay with me until after lunch.

Cellphone:
•There is a section with all the cell phone and electronics stores on the same floor and in a line one after the other. So efficient! We shopped around at several stores before buying anything.
•I went with a cheap and basic handset. Brand is “Myphone” and it is only for texting and calling – no internet. The phone cost 17 USD and the Sim Card cost 1 USD. I bought text and minutes from the Smart network for 2.50 USD (in the Phils they call this a “load”).

I bought 6 litres at Robinson’s Supermarket and headed back to the hotel.

Malate
I will elaborate more later. It is not a nice neighbourhood. But it is economical and safe to walk during the day. You just have to say no to the street vendors and poor kids trying to sell.
