So these last years I've been swallowing the redpill and look back and ponder on how women have affected my life. They've done considerable emotional damage to the point to even being around them makes me kind of sick. I have sex and I'm out the door. I can't stand to be around them for more than an hour. Now, initially I thought this behavior was 'alpha' but is it?

I think it is beta to just hate them or am I being too hard on myself, or maybe I'm just playing the victim.

Agree, but as an aside, the more time you spend on the Internet, the more resentment grows against them. The internet brings out the worst in women, both in expose, and in their behavior.

RudeBoy I understand where you are coming from from personal experience and was able to climb myself out of it. To answer your question hating women isnt beta or alpha, but it is beta when you dont try to find a solution to it. My early college years not only was I bad with women game wise I also had a stormy relationship with my mom. She tried to micro manage my college career and I got so tired of it I went into lots of debt and just paid for college myself without her help. These events, being dateless and fighting with my mom constantly made me despise women to the point where I was rude to them for the hell of it and treated them like my enemy.

The turning point was when I made a couple of female friends who basically put up with my bitching and offered to help me (one of which helped me to lose my virginity.) I understand you have already been laid so lack of female attention isn't the issue. Try to find women that will inspire and encourage you. Whatever hobby you enjoy, try to find a woman who does it and do it often with her as a friend (and a potential wing girl). I know it sounds corny but you need to mind fuck yourself by being around women that have a positive influence on your life so you won't harbor hatred towards them which does nothing but eat you up and distracts you from doing other things. Second of all, DO NOT take their shit (if you do). Let them know their bad behavior is unacceptable and you'll come away knowing that your boundary has been enforced and more women will like and respect you for that. My mom and I get along great now; only because I had the stones to join the military against her wishes and made a life independent of her.

I understand fully that women will just be women, but it's very hard to accept that by acting beta, just slipping up for a moment, could lead to a woman ruining your life. While I was in bootcamp, my brother broke up with his girl and sent me a letter telling me so. Months later he almost dies in a car crash and his ex decides that is an excuse for him to comeback into his life. She found out that he had been with someone else AFTER they broke up and she went and slashed his tires on the wreck of his car where it was being held at the time.
Family:
The REAL truth was that my brother was not alpha enough and put her in her place when he needed to. But he was in a bed recovering from an accident. No empathy at all. I still haven't recovered from that and other instances as well.
Work:
In the military they get special treatment. They get leadership positions and some of them have used these positions to fuck me over again and again. If it weren't for my charisma and my work ethic, I'd be in bad place. They've used their power to embarass me. Hell we had a E-8 as a class director while we were in training and she had never been to sea. I heard she got pregnant at the right times.

The list goes on. Maybe I just need time. Well, at least I'm getting laid. My disdain for them is getting in the way of my game which worries me.

Edit: I think, however, that it's very useful to be aware of the things about women that you hate. I know exactly how you feel. One of the hardest parts of 'unplugging' is making that admission to yourself, but what you're feeling is perfectly natural & if there wasn't some hate involved a personality disorder would be covering it up somehow.

As I said before, you can control it. Never served, however every job I have been fired or chased from has been at the hands of an overly ambitious, small minded female. And there's a few good stories there. The level of female bullshit a guy has to deal with at work these days is ridiculous. All I can advise is to try & minimise it. The biggest reason to go back to my trade (after the $$) recently was that I would no longer have to deal with female employees &/or management. It should be if you're unplugging right, & don't worry you will compensate for this as you already are aware of it.
