URGENT reply needed - What JOB offer should I accept?

I would choose Option 1 as mentioned by others, but what I can add is that even though your wages will be lower, you can hustle for some side gigs. BTW, is your background in marketing or you self-taught? (Just curious because that's a big contrast between a tourism and web hosting company.)

I'd go with #1 although #2 also sounds interesting. Nice to have choices, and a travel lifestyle.
An important consideration today should be how the job exposes you to globalization. If you can do your job, but also learn how capital flows around the world, where it stops, and where it resides you're putting yourself in a very good position to really understand the world today. Inside perspective on this stuff is great, i.e. how do your executives decide where to invest? and How do they interact with global strategic partners, etc. The industry isn't important, but the inside view of global transactions is eye-opening.
I'm a big fan of Brazilian culture, so I know you've got a lot of HUGE, travel-based events coming up; World Cup, Olympics, UN Summits. If your travel company is involved, you may also get a inside look at the intersection between politics, events, and finance. So you could also get an deep inside understanding of how things really operate with your own country. Brazil is in the process of spectacularly reinventing itself and its outward projection, so a front row seat would be nice.
Finally, if its a "new dynamic company" know that you'll get a broader understanding of how things work in a newer, smaller organization.

I wish I could help, but I have no idea how are things in your field.
Yeah, I was actually willing to take a job in a different area , just to be in Rio (or Abroad , I would love to have that experience).
But right now I ran out of ideas.
If you need any help in SP in the future, let me know.

You should take the tire job.
First off, Kuhmo and Hankook make kick ass stuff.
Second, just because you won't have a title like "web developer" or some bullshit, you could still learn a skill or everything you can about a specific product that everybody needs, and isn't going anywhere for a long time.
Think about how many out-of-work "web developers or "travel agents" there are out there. How many people know about tires? Guess what else? In every city in the world, there's a tire shop.
Learn about something real and have a niche to fall back on.
Lastly, Kuhmo and Hankook always have booths at the import tuner car shows. The girls they get to dry hump the drift cars are always hot.
Aloha!
Hey Kona, I was missing your posts here, it's always good to have a G from Hawai on board.
BTW, the company is Kuhmo , but unfortunately both opt 1 and 2 will require more steps of interviews to close the hiring process.
Tks for sharing your knowledge.

Go with Brazil. Koreans only value Korean opinions. All you'll ever be to them is a big-nosed alien. It's the last country in Asia you should be trying to get your foot in the door. The glass-ceiling will be much lower for you than the Asian countries that are still in the development phase.

I just want to thank y'all.
Today was my first day in my new job. I ended up in a better position than the ones I posted previously , and located in one of the best places to day game in town (same are of the Tourism job I mentioned.).
If i didn't had developed a G mindset I would never had applied to this job , I would have thought that it was above my league.
Now I'll have more resources to travel and to go out , and at the same time I'll have time to focus on creating a job-independent future.
Thanks!

I am not notorious for giving "business advice" but there is this principle I try to apply to my life... making the choices that gives you more "subjective happiness." And as it is "subjective", only you can know what gets you going...
And also, in my experience, only the choices that "makes you happy" bear any long-lasting fruit.
I think our host Roosh is a great example of that...
Which of those choices you see yourself having more fun? More joy? I'd say stick to that no matter what; only that will make sense and give what you need on the long run. Rationalizing about such things won't do much good... follow your gut, follow your joy, take risks.
No matter what.
Agree 100%. Being happy at your job is more important than the wage.
That all sounds well and good and can work out, but everyone I know with a shitty dead end job also thought that way and now they have no other options but keep slogging along.
