Solid post. Happy this got brought up. LA is 100% a day game city. Without a doubt. If you have a little cash you're fucking golden here. I mean GOLDEN.

What spots in LA would you recommend specifically for street game?

Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica.

Also, I've said it on here before and I'll say it again, beach game is easy mode if you're tall, tan, and in-shape.

Thanks bro.

But LOL at that last sentence. That applies to like 3% of the male population. BRB, gonna grow 3 inches and get a tan tonight.

Also can second 3rd St Promenade. Try to get a hotel room within 5 min of there to pull back for SDL/SNL

Bumping up an old thread. I am a daygamer looking at Los Angeles. A couple of things:

- It looks like 3rd street promenade is the best spot in the city for daygame. Is this still true?
- Santa Monica and Venice is mostly white girls. Is this still true?
- DTLA is starting to pick up because logistics are a bit easier and there's more foot traffic. Is the FIDM area still the best spot for daygame in DTLA? Are there others?
- How are the silver lake / echo park areas for day game?
- Where's the best place in LA to day game asians?

1) Yes, it is one of the best for traditional "daygame" because its really big and has a lot of people
2) Yes
3) Probably one of the best, but I'm not a big fan of DTLA as a whole. The Broad museum has a lot of very attractive girls there, so if you want to try something other than roaming the streets, check it out.
4) Not great. Lots of hipsters and not a ton of foot traffic
5) Not really sure. Probably DTLA or K-Town (also basically no foot traffic). Or the UCLA campus haha.

I'm not a big daygamer, but my favorite thing to do for it is to rent a cruiser bike and ride around Venice/Samo, on the bike path and just on the streets. You get a tan, some exercise, and can talk to girls while doing something at least reasonably productive.

There's also plenty of spots to day drink, especially on the westside. I've mentioned them in other threads.

Yeah, avoid it if you can, you'll have a better ROI going out at night.

Day game as practiced in Eastern Europe or New York is difficult to practice in LA just because it's more spread out and it gets pretty warm during the day, even during this time, so you'll get hot and tired walking around real quick.

But if you need to day game I would focus on the Grove, the Beverly Center, Westwood Village (when UCLA is in session), and the Sherman Oaks Galleria. You could also just walk around the UCLA or USC campuses during school sessions too.

Then I would hit all the farmers markets on the weekend.

For DTLA, yeah you're on the right track with FIDM but you want to extend it to the Whole Foods on 8th and Grand as well (In fact, every Whole Foods location in LA is a good spot to daygame). Who knows you might run into me posted up at Whole Foods.

You can also hit the 7th and Fig complex as well as the LA Live complex during the weekends.

One pro tip is to hit 7th and Fig during lunch time during the week. At the bottom of the complex there are 3 restaurants and a cafeteria called "Taste" that has Five Guys and a few other food stalls. It get's packed with white collar workers eating there from the surrounding office buildings. Every time I go there I see cute girls, nothing crazy, just 6s, 7s and a smattering of 8s. But these are your prime carousal riders so they're down for some excitement.

But RDF probably gave you the best advice and hang around Venice/SAMO. I wouldn't bother with DTLA during the day unless you lived or worked there.

The newly renovated Century City Mall during the weekdays is great.
Melrose Trading Post on Sundays.
Silverlake on a nice Saturday. Lots of random flea market pop-ups, etc.
Arts district on weekdays. There are a few breweries and people walking around.

The only real truth in that post is that LAX and Skid Row are both shitholes. LAX is unfortunately unavoidable, but unless you go looking for it, you're unlikely to stumble into Skid Row.

Some of it is just plain inaccurate and sounds like it was written by a sheltered 19-year-old kid from a Midwest suburb who has never stepped foot in a city. Venice Beach has people shitting on the sand? I have been to Venice 100 times in my life (might be an understatement) and have never once seen that.

Pro-tip: Don't roll into LA without reading up on any info and follow some typical tourist guide that is intended for small-town families visiting for a weekend with their kids. I wrote a datasheet here which should help avoid basic errors like walking around Hollywood Blvd looking for clubs or driving around the city at 6pm.

So it sounds like there's pretty much only two options when it comes to LA DayGame: DTLA near FIDM and 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica

LA daygame is terrible, as you've probably read. Very little foot traffic and most of the women will end up living nowhere near you.

That being said, I would also add The Grove as a third spot you can get approaches in.
