The Chaos Manifesto

Gentlemen.
Lately I've been balancing on a razors edge so what you are about to read is a honest manifestation of how I can take my life to the next level.

After being home for a while after a long period of traveling, things have started to go downhill, and I can't let this downward spiral destroy me anymore, I need to get out and get some fresh air. This place is chewing the fat out of me. I'm 100 % convinced that change location is what I need to do.
Being here feels like being forced back into a relationship with an old nasty ex.

I'm far from happy with my current situation and I'm hungry to improve on every single level. What I need now is to broaden the horizons of opportunities to find myself and the future.

I'm expecting fellow RVF members with genuine life experience to step in and give me some good advice, comments or a slap in the face if that's what needed.
I'll try to keep this thread as a checklist and to stay updated with things.

Current situation.
I've just finished a big renovation project of my house that had to be taken care of. I'm satisfied with the result and I'm glad it's over after four months of hard work.

Only thing I want to do is to earn and save up money so I can get the hell out of here. I've stopped drinking and I'm keeping a tight budget to get things in order.

My social circle totally sucks. After my long trip I've personally changed a lot and my old friends are getting married and having kids. The friends who are not married are a bunch of loosers who are only wasting time and doing nothing to improve their lifes. I don't want to hang out with them because I don't want to be dragged into their miserable lifestyles. So the result is that I've become a true lone wolf. I rather spend time being productive or reading stuff on the web how I can improve my life than sitting in a sofa and smoking weed and getting drunk with those guys. They don't have a purpouse in life, they are not interested about adventure, women, business or self improvment at all.
I simply don't find any guys who are on the same level as me, or who share same interests so RVF has become my locker room talk,

Not to mention the dating scene which is horrible. Like I said I'm living in a small area where everybody has a friend who knows you. During my house renovation a girl I met in Siberia came to visit me and she ended up staying for three months and helping me out with stuff. Good and practical girl, she did everything I told her to do. First it all went well but after some time I got tired of her and at last I had to kick her out.

I absolutley love girls, but they have never been the main focus in my life. I always use them as a bonus or as a side object so I don't need masturbate.

What I want.
Financial freedom and to become location independent.
Money has always been the number one issue for me.
Travel is my true passion so becoming location independent is of high priority for me.
I need to learn new skills how to make money online.
This is something I know zero about but I'm willing to do anything to learn it. Doesn't matter how much time I need to invest. I just need a kick in the ass so I can figure out how and where to start.
Money doesn't necessarly make me happy, but it gives me freedom which gives me happiness.

Another thing I want is to escape this country at least during the 8 months of winter and darkness we got here. The winter is literally chewing the fat out of me.

What action I'm going to take.
Selling the house is not an option.
As soon as I've saved up enough of cash I want to get the hell out of here.
I would like to travel and fuck around but first I want to stay in a place where I can focus to improve my life and to get my finances in order.

I'm now asking you RVF's for advice for a optimal location where I should settle down for a while.
These are my requirements.

- A relatively cheap country where my money lasts for a long time.
- Good dating scene.
- Feminime girls.
- Great business/work opportunities.
- Access to some martial arts gyms.
- As little snow as possible.
- Good opportunity to study languages.

Countries that comes up in my head are:
Thailand,Philippines,Mexico,Nicaragua,China. Even Russia, but I've overdosed on Russia lately.
What are your experiences?

I've been fighting through some dark times but thanks to RVF I've gotten inspiration and I have a feeling of being on the right track again and I'm improving every day. This community is a goldmine for guys who want to get more out life, you just have to take action.

Examples.
Roosh has inspired me to do more daygame, to improve my writing and to keep learning Russian. My Russian is getting stronger than ever and that feels bloody good.

MikeCF has inspired me to start working out regulary. I've learned a lot of no bullshit stuff about training and nutrition and thanks to him I feel better and stronger than ever.

Fisto inspired me to start fighting. You are responsible for that I'm currently training Kickboxing, Hokutoryu Jiu-Jiutsu and MMA five times a week.
This is one of the best things I've ever done and I truly enjoying it. Thanks for that.

Neil Skywalker, Naughty Nomad and Swoop the world guys have done a great job of keeping the adventure spirit inside me alive.

What you guys are doing makes a difference.

Once I get out in the world again I'm hoping to meet other cool cats from this forum.
Over and out.

I was in a similar spot three years ago. Hit rock bottom, left my career because I couldn't stand it anymore. Had literally nothing -no money, no job, no home (unless I wanted to move back in with my mom), just a desire to get my shit together.

Three years later I've gotten my passport stamped repeatedly, I'm in better shape physically, mentally, and emotionally, and my new career is off to a promising start.

Not gonna lie to you though, there are times it sucked. Plenty of sleepless nights wondering if I was really on the right track. Lost some friends, gained new ones, learned to appreciate myself that much more. Feel free to pm me if you hit a rough patch and need some motivation.

So what changes did you make to get your new life rolling?

1 - Asked my close friends for help financially so I could keep shit together for a little while as I got things figured out. "Could you cover my phone bill this month? Can you help me with my car payment next month if I can't get all of it?" Most people were willing to chip in a bit here or there. My credit card still took an insane beating, but it's all good in the long run. I explained to all my friends my goals and what I was setting out to achieve - a life I actually wanted to live.

2 - Applied to every job out there I was even remotely qualified for, ended up getting my a position at my old college job - a promotion from where I had been. There were some really lean months before I got that, however.

3 - I started keeping track of goals - from day to day stuff (watch every season of The West Wing) to fitness (get back to my pre-injury mile time), to reading however many books a month. I made sure to work on each of them at least once a week.

4 - I began trying to imagine where I wanted to be in ten years, five years, one year, six months, next week, tomorrow... And started charting my progress. I'm still working on this, yet I've made massive changes from where I was.

5 - I also ruminated about how I ended up where I did. What were the aspects of my career that made me hate my life, what about my social life, my fitness level, my diet, my routine on my (til then) rare days off. Once I figured out what I didn't like, I made sure to avoid it if at all possible.

If you are going to impose your will on the world, you must have control over what you believe.

Personally, I wouldn't go abroad without a good plan. I would instead save enough to go somewhere there is work, such as in the Oil Sands, and then make more money.

If you're broke, you need to prioritize on getting more money and finding legitimate sources of revenue. Hustle all day every day.

The founder of this forum didn't have a lot of money or a thought out plan when he left the US.

I'd say do it. You're not getting any younger and at some point it will be "too late."

I literally spent a few weeks buying and reselling consoles and games off craigslist, turned my last $80 into $500 while waiting for a paid job opportunity to come my way.

Perhaps you could add Brazil to your list. It would probably fit most if not all of your criteria.

Have you ever considered a tech job, for example Orthopedic or Radiology tech? Or even medical equipment repairs? Those jobs will always be in need and around, and although somewhat difficult still doable.

All the best in your quest.

I'm a good blue collar dude who can do everything from all types of construction work to mechanic work, welding and driving all kinds of heavy ass machines. I'm good at this but it doesn't give much bang for the buck.

With those skills, you can become an entrepreneur in the Philippines -- provided that you have some basic business acumen. The problem with all the countries that you mentioned is that you cannot live a Western lifestyle at local wage levels -- at least not with your skill set. So, you probably do need an on-line income source in those countries.

I see the Philippines as an exception, because it is located in a high growth area in SEA in a transit area between Japan, China, the rest of SEA, and the U.S. There are many opportunities there for a blue collar guy with skills, but only if you are an entrepreneur and do not work for wages. Moreover, everyone knows English there so that is one less huge hurdle to success.

This is a guy I know from another travel forum who opened a machine shop and designed and produces stoves that the locals really need, custom knives, and other stuff. He married a local with connections, so that also helped. Check out his other videos.

I'm hustling every day. Somehow I think that the day when you have a perfect plan will never come, it's like finding the right moment to approach a girl.
I'm a adventurer and risktaker so what I'm doing is saving up until I have enough of money to relocate for about 6 months.

The Oil Sands thread is a great thread I've been following closely and it's always been an attractive option. I don't know why but unlike most European countries it's not possible for Finnish citizens to get a Canadian Working Visa without a invitation.
On the other hand it might be possible to get one if I'm flying over to Canada on a tourist visa and securing a job on that time.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like the guys from this forum went and hunted for jobs there on the ground and not online.

That's a risk, but the guys who went there seem to have been quite successful.

No. This is something I've never thought about.
Thanks for this dude, but isn't Brazil a expensive country to live in?

That makes sense Tailgunner and the thought has crossed my mind.
Philippines has a clear advantage above all other when you don't need to hustle with the language!
