You can now leave reputation on individual posts. Simply click the Rep button on the bottom left of an individual post (it's next to the Find image).

You can leave more than one post rep to a person, but only one overall rep.

By using this feature, we can click a profile of a user and see which of their posts are best. This will obviously lead to rep inflation but ultimately I believe the forum is better off if quality posts are highlighted and rewarded. Of course, rep counts aren't a competition.
