I like your attitude young buck. Book the trip first, and worry about the bread later. Fuck it you only live once. My info on the above places is a little dated but I have friends who go to those spots often. But I digress.
Time wise I don't believe your itinerary is realistic because of the great distances between the cities you are traveling to. Other posters are absolutely right, break this down into two or three cities that are close to one another and call it a day. Also, some of the cities have a mara problem so a lot of neighborhoods where these lizards are going to be at are going to be off limits.
I have been to both the Ceiba and Tela Carnival. Its more of a Block party than a carnival so don't expect it to be like Rio. Also, most of the girls there are jet Black and very few bi racial chicks and even fewer mestizo lizard or non Black chicks. I remember reading that you don't find Dark skinned women attractive(Which is fine). Honduran Blacks(Garifunas) are the only Black ethic group in the Americas who were never slaves so they don't really have a history of mixing with the general population like they might do in other Latin American countries. So there's very little diversity when it comes to skin tone. I suggest you google some pictures/Youtube of the carnival first and look at the crowd.
Plus the trip from Comayagua to Ceiba is going to be awfully long. You might need a stop over in San Pedro Sula first. Tegucigalpa to San Pedro Sula is about 4 hours and SPS to Ceiba is another 6 hours. You won't be able to make that trip in one day. I would stick to SPS and Tegucigalpa but beware that Honduras still has a huge Mara problem and a lot of the Mexican Cartels have set up shop and they have literally have "Let the dogs out" So the only places that are safe to party are where ever the rich kids hang out at so be prepared for bitch shields and cliquish groups.
I would suggest you splurge on an internal flight to the Bay Islands(Roatan, Utilla and Guanaja) Beautiful beaches, very safe and a ton of gringa and wealthy Honduran chicks to keep you busy for the whole week. Also, Ceiba is only a 4 hour ferry ride if you still insist on going to the Carnival.
And finally Manuagua. This city was a dump 7 years ago when I went and I highly doubt anything has changed. The city was ugly, dusty and night life was spread around and almost non existent. So you have to take cabs everywhere and Managua had at the time and still has a mara problem. Maras don't really bother Gringos but the locals are scared shitless of them so chicks just stay home at night to play it safe. You better off chilling in Granada and San Juan Del Sur. Those two cities are popular "visa run" cities for Gringas and South American chicks who work illegally in CR tourist businesses.
