Women and their pets

I believe pets (especially dogs), have become the new tool for validation just like social media. There are so many pet societies out there, and almost all of them are exclusively women bitch-talking about their dogs and going for coffee and cakes. And they provide material for their IG as well.

I have been called "heartless" by a crazy woman because I said I don't really like to have pets. She was a 4.5 anyway, no loss. I have also met women who actively seek out men who own dogs, by some weird reason men with love for pets extend to more enduring love for a potential partner.

Anyway, I've been thinking of going with the flow and expanding my pool. Personally I prefer cats, but most women like dogs more and the dog is a good prop to start conversations. Sometimes I see bitches go so far as to running up to random dogs on the street to pet them. Probably going to get a big Labrador, those are less noisy.

I banged a chick once who had the dog in the room at the same time...listening and watching !! It was staring at me when i was pounding her in doggstyle ..loool
But weird asf ....she was another one of thise crazy dog ladies

That's pretty hilarious. Had a similar story where an okcupid girl brought her dog on our first date years ago. Later things got hot and heavy up in my room, with her dog chilling on the floornest to the bed. As we start going at it, the girl gets on top in cowgirl and out of nowhere, the dog hops up on the bed and starts tag teaming her from behind. It was pretty funny if not a bit shocking. I was laughing my ass off but eventually had to shoo
fido back onto the floor so I could finish in peace.

Too much dog hate on this thread. Dogs are fucking awesome. I automatically assume anyone who hates dogs is a serial killer.

As I've written a thousand times on this forum, the problem primarily inbred, shitty, little purebred dogs and terrible pet owners. Wolves were not meant to become 7 pound Chihuahuas and Terriers.

Women are also not good dog owners. I have 2 bigger dogs and they don't really respect/listen to my wife. The second I lower my voice their ears go back and they know they fucked up. It's also a presence thing. Dogs are pack animals and sense weakness. They know when they can fuck around and when shit gets real.

Couldn't disagree more.

All the "dog moms" I've known in my life have been the top tier girls in terms of long-term relationship potential. They all have been nurturing and caring, and most of them have been active and fitter than the average woman (gotta take the pup on walks).

Look at how they care for and treat their pets. That is a glimpse into how they will be as mothers.

And it's an easy date. "Hey, bring your dog over and we'll hit the park".

I'll take a dog mom over a club slut every single time.

Edit - Horses are different story. Stay away from horse chicks. Again...personal experience.

Women like to nurture someone or something who is unconditionally affectionate. They also look at how their animal reacts to you...My gf's 90# dog loves me and is like a little kid wanting to play with me. She sees this big powerful creature looking up to me and views me as an alpha.

Same goes for horsewomen. It is a power trip for them to direct an affectionate animal bigger than them. If you are going to date a horse woman, you better be equal or better in your horsemanship in their eyes to have their respect. Otherwise you will just be a stable hand...

Commenter Hansel mentioned "validation," but I haven't seen the annoying word "rescue" on this thread. This word came into play in the past ten years to make plain ol' pet adoption seem like it was on the level of saving the life of a drowning child. What a complete misuse of a word.

***

True story from around 2010.

When I was working for a big network I had interviewed this woman from Florida by phone. We stayed in touch and ended up striking up an intense friendship online. It helped that she was super good-looking -- and made no bones about her attraction to me. Yay!

At some point, I helped her out of a jam using my media connections. She was very grateful and she basically said she'd do anything I wanted. "Hmmm..anything?" I asked "Hehe." To my complete surprise, she said "Sure, just come on down to Florida and stay for a week or so."

But I have some serious allergies. I knew she had a dog, so I asked what breed it was.

And that pretty much ended things. She told me she didn't just have one dog. Her entire house was filled with animals she "rescued" (cough, cough) and then adopted out to people. This was in addition to her own two dogs and two cats.

So, thanks to women's animal obsessions, I didn't get to go down to Florida for a depraved week with a hot divorcee who was on the make. Damn. At least I still have her old MySpace bikini pics.

One thing that I've not seen this board talk about much is pet cuckoldry. Many men, if they get into extended relationships with women, are pet cucks. It's less common for men to get pets as unattached guys. So there's a situation in the United States now, and possibly other countries, where you have a lot of petless men getting into relationships with pet owning women, and they are putting up with the woman's pet that they didn't select, as part of the whole package deal to get her pussy. One of my cousins got with a woman before she turned 25, and she got a dog almost immediately after college graduation at 22. He was a pet cuck in that relationship for over a decade until it died recently.

I know a woman I cut off because of this. She was a 7 in the looks dept, however her dog was literally an extension to her life and no man would ever be equal. She even traded in a car for a pickup truck (imagine a 5 ft 4 inch woman driving a F150) just so she had room for her dog.

Three of the most puke-inducing, as well as redundantly used words on chicks' dating app profiles -- "Must love dogs"

Then again, what the hell am I doing on that shit to begin with?

Just like the classic "onlyswiped right for your dog"

Shouldn't you be on a bestiality forum instead then?

That's part of what bothers me so much about crazy white chicks' dog obsession. I like golden retrievers, Australian shepherds, Corgis, beagles, etc. But it's never a normal dog like that, always some weird ugly giant half-breed dog.

If a girl has one cat, that doesn't bother me. Cats are chill, they'll leave you alone. (It seems to be the chicks with lots of cats who are nuts.) Nothing like going into someone's apartment and immediately having a huge slobbering mutant pit bull sniffing at your crotch.

And having sex with a dog in the room? No, no way, absolutely not.

the problem that I have with the dog/cat phenomenon is that it's an obvious sublimation of child-rearing biological drive, like HermeticAlly said.

If you date a girl, the dog is your "child". She will treat your future children the same way she treats the dog (lol).

If she had the dog before you started dating her, her dog will de facto become your dog.

She will takes pics of it and post them on instagram as if you all are a family.

That shit is just weak to me, I will not date a girl that has a dog. I will gladly smash, however

Also, if her dog doesn't like you, she won't give you a chance. However, if her dog/cat fxckz with you, you're getting laid

Luckily I am an animal whisperer, so it always (literally always) works in my favor

I recently split with my girlfriend due to this issue. She got a dog because she never had one and I started seeing those things. The dog didn't like me and would act up because I would get on his ass for acting up and she let it do whatever(Girls apartments smell bad and are horrible with a dog around). She became less clingy and eventually I pulled the plug on her ass due to her attitude. Everything you said is accurate.

I ended up breaking up with one of my exes due to her dog. It wasn't trained, pissed on me multiple times, and wouldn't stop barking. She is a piss poor dog owner. The dog came in to play about six months into the relationship. Went from spending a lot of time together to seeing her Saturday afternoon, and her leaving Sunday morning.

She lived with her parents so I didn't see why she couldn't leave that little fucker with her parents.

Women who call themselves "Dog Moms" are toxic. As other posters said, you will never be a priority if you got into a relationship with her.

I don't understand why single people with jobs who live on their own have dogs. It's not fair to the dog to keep it in a crate for 8+ hours a day. Or, if they leave it out, that thing will be pissing, shitting, and chewing up all your furniture.

Women nowadays treat pets like accessories. The constant pictures and social validation they seek is to satisfy their own narcissism.

Can relate. Old girlfriend had two small dogs and called herself a “dog Mom”.

She treated her dogs like humans. This was a girl that claimed to “hate kids”.

“Dog mom”=red flag
“I hate kids”=bigger red flag

Don’t see this trend slowing. Long dog food.

I was banging this chick, and afterwards she would open the bedroom door so her two cats could come and sleep in her bed with her, one of them under the covers!

Get the fuck outta here.

I always thought did these women have really fucked up childhoods, or did a man hurt them so bad emotionally they turn to a dog for some type of love they don't get from their family.

Nothing says crazy like some lady screaming complex English sentences in a shrill voice at a small dog who is leaning against its leash trying to get as far away as possible.
