Based solely on this post, I went and made a Tinder and Bumble profile with my age 16 years younger than my real age (I'm 54) but I used all recent pics because I'm in shape and I know that I look younger than my age.

Yes, the age question comes up eventually and I personally don't deny it. One of my codes of conduct is to be honest. When the 34 asked me why I lied about my age I asked her what her search parameters were on Bumble, and of course the high end was lower than my real age. But is she happy to have met me? Yup.

I've never been on a date with anyone who would ever make such a statement. I wouldn't know. I filter heavily before wasting my time and money on anyone. You should try that. I havent read the first pages of the thread but in my experience age doesnt matter. One girl in my rotation is 18 im over 30+.
1. if a girl ask about your age you shouldnt answer directly ( as all questions a woman ask anyway)
2. we almost always look younger than we are so as a rule of thumb you can remove 5-6-7 years easily without nobody raising eyebrows

I see. Yes, a woman like this is a perfect pump and dump candidate for a guy with any game. Usually, there's a reason why she's bitter and makes crass statements like that casually. I look at those as red flags.
