I really don't understand Built to Fade posts. Can someone give me a built to fade translator or something? I don't understand the mix of anime gifs and weird colours. Can someone aware me?

I also remember reading an article saying a police force somewhere in London has stopped responding to theft reports. Meaning if you ran a convenience store or a shop in that area then everyone can shoplift and rob you out in the open without impunity (and if you happen to have a gun / crossbow and shoot them then you're the one going to jail, obviously).
