Some of these towns need to be updated with what most know about them here.
Coeur d'Alene & Boise are the new liberal migration destinations. Boise with Boise State Uni having become a major player in college sports naturally attracts the gov't funds which of course always brings the shitlib element. Coeur d'Alene is now where the liberals by 2nd homes to get away from the squalor they voted for in seattle, portland, vancouver and spokane.

A few months ago I drove from Montana to Michigan and was surprised at how much I really liked Rapid City, South Dakota and the surrounding area which includes Mount Rushmore, Deadwood and Sturgis. I stayed in Deadwood and spent half a day checking out the area, my main reason for visiting was to see Mount Rushmore, which was great but I was really impressed by the entire area-it's clean, very green has lots of lakes, rivers, mountains, etc. The wild west history of the area is really cool and the architecture is very nice, a lot of brick, I would imagine that the older houses in the area are solid and well built. I only had lunch in Rapid City but walked and drove around a bit, at 70,000 it's a decent size and seemed to have everything a person could want but it is isolated from larger cities, similar to Montana in that way.

This may be a little too paranoid, but you should also look into allergies and pollen counts and things like that. This never happened when I moved, but when I was traveling I might cruise into a town where something in the air kicked my ass, and suddenly my nose was running and my eyes were itching and life was miserable until I left. It wasn't pollution, it was something else in the air my body wasn't ready for, and it disappeared as soon as I left. One place I actually suddenly had trouble breathing, and was given an asthma inhaler at the hospital, though I had never had asthma, and again, it disappeared when I left.

You may move to a town that grows grass for the rest of the country, only to find out you are allergic to grass pollen, and you will be in trouble. Also in some places, the pollen wears people's immune systems down over the years and they may live there for years and suddenly one day spend the entire spring in misery.

Probably nothing to be done about that second example, but it might be a good idea to know what the pollen is like during different times of the year, and make a visit when it is in its high season.

It would really suck to move to a place and like everything about only to find out you are allergic to it.

I am completely on the same page with that. Here in Spain I suffer from allergies almost all year around, most likely due to the mold spores created by the high humidity. They also grow a lot of grains in my region and during fall you can often smell the fertilizer they are tossing all over the place. Spaniards have no concept of 'carcinogenic' or 'bad for you' which is why they don't fucking regulate almost anything.

Anyway, but then I went to Austria in spring and was absolutely fine despite the fact that pollen were flying all over the friggin' place.

I don't agree with that sentiment. SHTF you don't want to be near major metro areas. On the population density map anyplace dark and very dark blue is where you don't want to be in and want to evacuate to some place lighter in color:
[Image: interactive-us-population-map-density-by-county.png]

The North East will be a total shit show from Chicago to NY, Boston to DC when SHTF. Obviously the same thing for the Pacific States. Partly because of the population and partly because of the management of the states. With the exception of Florida, the southeast only has one small corridor in NC,(which is really deceiving as that is basically a strip a few miles wide of cities and towns along I-85) Atlanta Metro, and a few pockets here and there where the cities are located are heavily populated. Everywhere else in the Southeast is relatively less populated compared to the Northeast.

Excluding Florida and Atlanta, I would rather be in the Southeast than anywhere near the Northeast or on the left coast when SHTF. How ever bad the Southern Governors manage their states during the mentioned scenario, it will be exponentially worse in the North East and in the Pacific. It is also more likely to get in a community with a backbone and defend each other from insurgents in the Southeast than in the Northeast. Likewise you certainly can get lost in the Southeast without anyone able to track you down in places that Atlanta Man mentioned. That is assuming that you don't do stupid shit like dumpster dive behind a grocery store, and actually know how to live off of the land.(which is assumed that you are preparing for) Much of the Southeast will most likely be better off than anywhere in the Northeast or the Pacific States. Would the Mountain West be better off as well? Most likely they would, but whether it would be in any significantly better than the Southeast, I doubt it. Each to their own however.

Good point, there's a lot of "known unknowns" about places that you won't realize how they affect you until you arrive. I grew up on the east coast of Canada and never had to use moisturizing cream until I moved to Alberta where the air is much drier, especially in the winter if I don't use lip balm my lips will bleed, even my knuckles will crack and bleed.

Another concern is mosquitoes and other pests, a place may look great in photos and videos but if you arrive there and start getting eaten alive by bugs, that can ruin your experience. Wildlife is a huge factor too, I love nature and going for hikes and walks outside but when I moved to Vancouver Island and kept seeing stories on the news about cougars attacking people, I limited my hikes to maintained park trails. Even then I was worried about one of those fuckers pouncing on me from out of nowhere and ripping my face off, I heard that they also hang out in trees and will drop down to attack their prey. I've also seen so many black bears in northern Alberta that I am very paranoid about walking too far in the bush there.

Of course, settling in somewhere nice in a place like Montana, might not be as easy as one would like. The best spots in pictoresque locations are usually settled by generational locals. That goes anywhere in the world. Ideally, you'd like a small ranch or farm, with a small town (just a couple thousand - or less!) within a couple miles. Then a larger local regional hub within 1 hour drive, then an international hub within 3 hours. That's my ideal spot.

The problem with a lot of these conservative strongholds is the lack of jobs and overall boredom. Like it or not, liberal spots like NYC, Boston or Portland are far more interesting places to live and work in (if you're single, at least).

North Georgia is the start of the Appalachian Trail. It's about an hour from Atlanta. The Olympic Park bomber hid out there for several years and was caught scavenging food from a dumpster.

In parts there are very few roads, not to mention jobs.

To echo what Bluto said, the northern suburbs of Atlanta have black bears and coyotes. It's a regular occurrence these days. I'm talking people in subdivisions on quarter acre lots or smaller.

Here in phoenix metro there is a surplus of jobs but is fast becoming liberal blue all the way. Fuck purple. Mix that in with the abundance of guns and I'm ready to jump cities or head to a small town. Scottsdale too expensive for me but I thrive with the white population there, culturally.
Eastern Arizona is unlike the rest of the state in that it is beautiful forest, mountains, conservative, white and the air quality is superb. Fuck a flagstaff with its over liberal bent, east arizona is way better. But as Tiger said, lack of jobs is a killer for these otherwise splendid places. Many jobs are handed down to "who they know most" or inter-generationally to relatives.
Which doesn't bode well for the outsider.

I totally agree. I spent some time in Utah, and besides hiking and mountain climbing, there's pretty much nothing to do. Wait, there's camping.

The previous year I'd gone to Princeton, New Jersey and found more happening things in their little town square than in all of Utah. Can't remember much about Utah, but I remember every old, obscure record I ever bought at the Princeton Record Exchange. Like Approved By The Motors, which I got in near-mint condition for about $2. I'll put up with liberals on bicycles for that.

I should have made a caveat in regards to California.

Some of the nicest small towns and rural areas I have ever been to are on the Nevada border. The area around Yuba, Nevada City and Truckee are perhaps the prettiest places for a ranch I have ever seen.

OP’s twin criterion of at least 70% white and affordable work against each other.

It’s official HUD policy to force minorities into such places, and has been since Cisneros and his cronies got in during the Bush 1/Clinton years.

OP might as well be moving into Ferguson. Ferguson fit all of OP’s requirements as recently as 2001. The government is using the same criterion as OP, destroying cities in an attempt to solve urban problems by dispersing the urban population.

The best places to live in the USA are college towns, which are full of affordable housing for the students that aren’t likely to become ghettoes. Plus lots of talent and nightlife.

What is this? The fucking Huffpost? So people who prefer to live among Whites for whatever reason are Nazis? Effectively rendering easily 70% of suburban dwellers in the U.S. Nazis as well?

Of course if blacks state that they prefer to live among other blacks, that's perfectly fine. Or Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Mongols, Russians, Philippines, bloody Eskimos, whatever... After all you'll always find 'Little Tokyo', 'Korea Town', 'China Town', 'Russian Hill'. etc. if you visit any larger U.S. metropolis. It's fine for them.

Except for Whites, we all need to live among other races or we are Nazis.

The fuck!

Interesting point. I think way back in the day when Europeans were newer to the American continent, there was certainly more pride in at least their actual specific roots (whether Irish, Italian, German, Polish, English, Scottish, Dutch, etc.). It was allowed for folks to celebrate their heritage & be proud of their roots. But at the same time folks were proud to be patriotic Americans. If more folks in this country were proud patriots & allowed groups to respectably celebrate their heritage at the same time, half of this nation's problems would probably disappear. Easier said than done of course.

The fact that redpillage has a solid significant other eliminates most of the need to run around aimlessly at ripoff restaurants / nightclubs / bars. Seems that he has no use for those types of big city "amenities".

But I definitely see your side of the coin here. For someone like me in my current situation, I'd want to reside at least in a mid-sized metro area (and I currently do at the moment).

Has anyone mention Colorado Springs, CO? (about 70 miles south of Denver)

Pros:
1. Super majority white.
2. Relative mild weather/lots of sunshine.
3. Solidly pro-Trump in town and surrounding area (verified via voting records).
4. Multiple large military bases (de facto large scale security and support); helps keep town conservative.
5. Mountains immediately to the west to escape to if needing to emergency evac and evade is important. Obviously great for hiking/exercise/fun.
6. Liberal gun laws.
7. Not too expensive on the real estate/rental cost (yet).
8. Tons of ranch land to the immediate east (looks like Kansas) to grow produce/cattle for food/trade.
9. Low crime.
10. Lots of good paying gov't/defense sector jobs.
11. Known stronghold for evangelical Christians; help keep conservatives the majority and scares liberals away.
12. Very, VERY scenic.
13. Athletic/health conscience populace. Olympic Training Center HQ is there.
14. Has own small airport and major airport Denver International is only about hour to an hour 1/2 away.
15. Extensive and good medical access/care.
16.. Good air quality supposedly
----"Colorado Springs has an air quality index of 88.3%. That’s a bit less than the national average of 89.2%, but still better than the air quality in Denver, just North of Colorado Springs. The Palmer Divide tends to block out most of the smog and pollutants that come from Denver. The pollution index in Colorado Springs is 65.7% less than the Colorado average, making this a good city for those sensitive to allergy pollutant"

Cons:
1. Wildfire risk.
2. Big military town = shit gender ratios. (But again, helps keep the town conservative and keeps the liberals away).
3. In a state becoming increasing democrat/liberal.
4. Water supply access could be an issue in a STHF situation (unverified if this is a problem or not).
5. Democrat/liberal stronghold is not too far away (70 miles) and could spread south. But good if you want relative nearby access to more slut options.

Believe me, I've looked extensively all over the US and you're not gonna find a package like the above pretty much anywhere else.

All this talk about the upper mountain west states (South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, etc) as desirable places to live year round is loony tunes shit unless you're really into the living off the land/REAL rural living. I've lived in the upper mountain west and while there might be an odd city/town exception that is alright, you're talking about places in general with long and nasty winters, barely any people around, pretty much literally nothing between towns an hour or two apart from each other (and you can die out there and no one would know), minimal support services (medical being a big one), horrible women options (as in, there is no women), minimal shopping/food options, and minimal job/business opportunities.

Don't get me wrong, if you're a real hunter/camping/living in a cabin type sort of personality, you will love it but I can't see most guys here wanting to be somewhere with foot tall snow drifts that shut down highways, the wind blows at 50 mph non-stop forever when it's below 0 degrees F, the doctor you need is 4 hours away, and it's pussy Siberia.

Ah Fargo, ND.... Sixty below in the winter and one hundred above in the summer as it's on the prairie. It's a college town large enough for a indoor shopping mall. There's a tiny established tech scene as well. For example, if you ever used Great Plains accounting software (now Microsoft GP), that came from here. Back in the day, most people would take the hour's drive to Detroit Lakes, MN on summer weekends.

The biggest problem is flood prevention. The Red River has always flooded and nobody really paid attention to it until 1997 when it almost washed away Grand Forks, ND.

That whitest cities list must have been for places with 80,000 people and above since North Dakota's capital, Bismarck is about 73,000 and 93% white.

The funny thing is, flyover country contains the bulk of what is left of feminine American women (and of bearable women). In many places dismissed and forgotten, there are some very sweet and indeed sexy girls- girls who still appreciate and want a man, who still enjoy being and feeling like a girl, knowing what a man wants and giving it to him.

"Sorry to hear about your back, do you want me to suck your cock?"

I don't but why not create one? We could pool some money. I know fat chance but I think a lot of people here spend too much time in front of the keyboard as opposed to taking action to further their own cause.

I have been extremely lucky. Met her almost 20 years ago at some party and never looked back. Extremely beautiful woman and I have got some pictures of her posing next to famous models back in the 1990s (no I won't post them, you bastards!). She's holding up extremely well in the looks department, thin, intelligent but not bitchy, red pilled as fuck, cooks like a French chef, and in general is the sweetest and most supportive woman I have ever met.

I hope our venerable host Roosh meets a woman like that one day in the not so distant future. Anyway, Jordy is right, restaurants are usually my last resort if she's sick or out and about. We used to go out a lot but as we're getting older we don't really see the purpose. At this stage of our lives we are much more focused on planning our early retirement, managing our finances, and finding a peaceful and beautiful place to enjoy it.
