Okay here is the final cover. Two changes that made it less romantic: removed the birds and made the man look straight ahead. It now seems like the girl is doting over him, which is ideal.

Roosh, when are you going to release the dates/places for your book tour?

Are you going to include e-book tours, if that's what their called? Where you do a live YouTube or Periscope stream or something along those lines?

Or what about doing something similar to that event that Mike Cernovich held earlier this year with three other people, where they spoke onstage in front of people and took questions from the audience afterwards? I'm not saying you should speak with other people on the stage, but you could speak by yourself on stage and do a Q&A afterwards. Maybe that would be more similar to a Ted Talk type of thing?

I know you have the Roosh Live shows on YouTube, but those seem to small for your book tour. You could probably do something where you speak on stage then take questions from the audience, but advertise it far in advance and market it more than you do your YouTube show.

Just a thought. Looking forward to the book.

Re-reading some of the classics in anticipation of this. Damn, I forgot how good Poosy Paradise is.

Most likely 2019. I want to release my girl book before touring. I want to take a break too.

Will you put this book in print? What do you think the price will be, if you do? I would love it in a hard cover.

When I first read this comment I was thinking "how can you add a beard when the guy is facing the other way?"

Then I looked at the cover again... And you can actually interpret it two ways... The couple is either facing the viewer or sitting with their backs to the viewer.

Love the emphasis on her hourglass figure. Subtle, but powerful.

Apologize for the lateness in my reply. Here it goes:

I got the audiobook. A good mix of red pills and humor to balance it. I was entertained throughout the entire thing. This is a big difference from Bang where it smacked of every other game book I've ever read and I ended up dropping it half way through. I especially liked the the female voice acting. Best of all, the book conveys the optimal/best attitude towards women and masculinity that you will not get anywhere else.

Although I am not new to game I still learned a lot. Particularly from chapters about approaching, dating, and relationships. This was in my opinion the meat of the book. It is also my opinion that I felt that some chapters could have beem cut out completely and I'm sure many would disagree. The chapter on social circle didn't have enough practical advice for a norman to get laid. I enjoyed the sex chapter because of the humour but also felt that this chapter was unnecessary.

A lot of people will disagree with me on this but I thought pre-game was bad persuasion because it was one of the only chapters in the book that made want to stop reading. The thought of doing 100 approaches or other mundane tasks was enough to mentally exhaust myself or other normans before they could get acquainted with game principles in later chapters of the book. For this reason maybe it would have been better to minimise the hurdle of tasks or move this chapter to the latter part of the book.

Overall the book is great for normies and has something for more experienced players. I can say I was never bored and despite the length of the audiobook I didn't experience it as long. It was good to listen while driving to work or before going to bed. The content is good and worth listening to again and again. This book is going to be a $ucce$$.

Yes, for some reason, I assumed they were facing the viewer.
Probably because most of the other finalist entries had the subjects this way. But your interpretation makes more sense.

Master thread for my book Game

I just finished Game last night. I'd like to take some time to write a thorough review, but it looks like guys are already posting their reviews, so I thought I'd share some preliminary thoughts.

***

I've been avidly reading Roosh for years and have read virtually all his books (with the exception of the travel guides). But, when he announced a new book on game (titled "Game") was coming out, I was as bit skeptical. Roosh hasn't been talking about game much in recent years. Instead opting for current events, social commentary, and the like.

I was worried that his seeming cynicism against women and society would hinder any ability to write a book purely on game. How could he not interject tangents on the ruin of society every few pages?

Yet, within the first chapter my concerns were assuaged. This book is vintage Roosh. Game is focused on just that--game. Yes, there is discussion of modernity, feminism, SJW’s, blue-haired monsters etc. But there are no long-winded rants against the ills of society. Rather, any discussion of these issues are blended into the book in a pragmatic way. For example, the chapter on relationships has a realistic view of monogamy. The section on gaming at bars acknowledges the obstacle that smartphones pose. Online dating is pilloried as well. These additions were much needed to update the 2008 issue since, sadly, these issues had not yet metastasized.

A much welcome addition is the chapter on relationships. When Bang was originally published, I presume that Roosh had much less experience with intimate relationships. His writings a decade ago are those of a man on a mission to get as much poosy as possible--intimacy be damned. In Game, relationships and intimacy play a much bigger role. The cover of the book should make that clear.

As for the content itself, Game is quite comprehensive. The book provides info on meeting girls both at night and during the day. For those who have read Bang and Day Bang, you’ll notice familiar concepts, but more streamlined. For the noobies, this book will provide a more than thorough overview for meeting, dating, and banging pretty women, and meeting them in REAL LIFE.

As a more of a structural comment, I really enjoyed the chapter summaries. While these break up the flow of the book a bit, it helps the reader retain more information, which is more important in the long-run.

I’m really happy to see this book being published. For those that pining for pragmatic and masculine dating advice, there’s really nowhere else to look than Game.

Looking forward to the release!

Would it be possible to update the 'My Life's Work Combo' offering on the website to include Game + Game Audiobook?

I've bought a few of your travel books here and there over the years but now want to buy everything (inc. Game, when it's release) and listen to Bang and Day Bang in the lead up the new release.

Sorry to be a pain, I mean to say, is it possible to buy the updated combo today and then get Game when it is released?

If it’s too much of a pain with the shopping cart system I’m happy to wait.

Congratulations on the release BTW.

It's best to wait. I don't have a system to automatically add books to the combo after the fact.

Master thread for my book Game

Finished the book yesterday. I have mixed thoughts.

Strengths

- Scope. The book covers a lot of ground, from mindset to relationships and pretty much everything in between except online game.

- Style. The book is written in a conversational style. Concepts are explained deeply with examples. This was such a strength that I read this material even if I already had internalized the concept, because everyone has a different way of doing things and you can always learn something.

- Material on neglected areas. There is a long chapter on inner game and pre-game. Also, some rarely discussed aspects of game in the context of relationship.

Weaknesses

- Scope. The book tries to be all things to all readers. It easily could have been two books. Its got material for newbies, intermediate, and advanced gamers. I guess the way to look at this is that its a bonus, and you just have to get comfortable skimming or skipping the material that is not relevant to your situation.

- Order. There is some deep reflection on life and what game can and cannot provide. This was at the beginning of the book. I found the order of presentation distracting.

-Organization. As I mentioned above, the style of the book is like a conversation or lecture from Roosh. But it could benefit from more subheadings, lists, things like that. This may be my personal learning style, but I was frustrated by the lack of these. As an example, I think I learned about attraction triggers 10+ years ago, probably from Neil Strauss' or Mystery's books. There are several of them, and its helpful to think of all of them because every once in a while a situation comes up where they apply. For example, leaders of men. I was asked to participate on a discussion at a conference, and women had seen my name on the program and sought me out at the dinner the night before. Another example is a friend posted a photo online of him coaching a youth football team, and he got very positive reactions. (We stumbled into these, but you could go about life more consciously creating these opportunities.). So this book discusses attraction triggers, but without lists and not comprehensively.

-Occasional defeatist attitude - Occasionally, the book has a defeatist attitude. For example, on attraction triggers, it talks about physical appearance, status, etc. almost as if those things are static. Actually, these are often situational. For example, if you host a party, you are in charge and have the highest status. Another example is Roosh ignores online game. He gives the reason that generally the top 10% of men are getting all the good pussy, which is mostly true. But that is what people said about game 20-30 years ago. There are guys with niche game on IG, SA, and other platforms hitting well above their average. I understand not going into these because it would take another book, but Roosh's attitude was a bit dismissive, even defeatist. Of course, he lives in Eastern Europe where gaming offline is still viable.

Would this be useful for someone who wants to learn game, but who has never read Bang or Day Bang?

As Hypno's review shows, the less existing game knowledge/experience you have, the more you'll get out of the book. It's intended for beginners and intermediates, though advanced players should still get a lot of new ideas.

Yes, definitely. It encompasses a lot of the information covered in both books. Should provide enough information to get you started in either night or day game.
