Merc, did you see it? Yes I did. It was great to witness but probably not so much from a polluted city where I was. I have camped in the countryside where the sky becomes a bit of a show at night. After seeing that many ''shooting stars'' and ''flying discs'' I now know that most of what we're told about nature is made up.

Yes, I did see it.
However from my position the moon was small in size and far away so photos weren't going to look like much, however using strong binoculars I was able to get a better view of it than with just my naked eyes.
