The one thing that comes to mind is we have some Morlocks of our own in some kind of alternate spin off of the weaponized autism we've seen in other parts of the internet.

If I were Roosh I would check not just on IP, but look at the logs to see if they even bothered to change their IPs when they registered the accounts. If those accounts did not have the exact same IP, check to see if they share the same octet range (eg. 192.168.265.xxx the last octet will be different number but the same ISP or VPN tunnel will keep the first 3 the same usually)

Another thing would be to figure out what VPNs they are using by noting down the IP used to register and then, anytime you suspect a sock puppet, if that VPN is the same, you likely know that it is a sock puppet. Also each VPN used will likely indicate the country they are coming in from, unless he is using a big name VPN with country selection. I bet he uses a small set of them. If the native forum software cannot give that much detail, submit a ticket to Cloudflare for IP logs from the past handful of months, massage the data into Excel, filter and compare against what you do have. Might find something more interesting than what we know.

Roosh if you need technical help from the IT guys on the forum you might want to post it in private so that Dragan cannot stay a step ahead of you.

This is a very naive post. All Dragan has to do is to install Tor and click on "New Identity" each time he wants to change his IP. It's not time-consuming at all. And Roosh cannot ban Tor IPs as many other users use Tor.
