I got to disagree here a bit. 1) There's a difference between banter with close buddies then some dudes taking shots. 2) Doing this publicly is NOT cool. 3) Doing this in front of women is REALLY NOT cool. Especially since this is something out of your control. Whoever mentioned the pecking order is right.
I got buddies I banter with and we'll go in to each other hard but if we're around other people we don't denigrate each other. This is some weird Western phenomenon with male "friendships" where there's expectations about taking shit from people, in lieu of actual friendships. Oddly enough in these circumstances, the guy giving the most shit writes it off as friendly banter, but when the shoe's on the other foot, he can't handle it as well. This is the guy in the group that is only friends as long as he gets to be "alpha dog" and the shit more often than not rolls one-way. This guy is not a friend, he's using his buddies as a stepping stool to elevate his perceived status, but is friendly enough so as to be able to save face if he gets called out on it. It's a toxic dyanmic where guys put up with it so as to not be excommunicated from the "cool group" or simply due to a fear of confrontation.
Great post.
I had a "friend" I was pretty close with who always busted my balls. I'm not the type to get offended easily but sometimes he would take shit too far. One time in a group of other dudes he referred to me as a "big nose motherfucker". I never talked to him again after that. Now looking back, I probably should've called him out on it, but hindsight is 20/20 and all that.

Hi guys. I am a 5'4 guy, and as you can see I get mocked because of my height. It's never women who mock my height, it's always other guys. It doesn't really upset me, but it kinda hurts my pride. There is really only 2 guys who make fun of my height - both being 6ft2. Next year in a literal 365 days I will being going to uni. So I am not too bothered about what those guys really say. I did notice though, the 2 guys try their best to mock me whenever I talk to girls, I usually literally ignore them and the girls usually do so too - most of the girls see them as major dicks (ngl them making fun of me does seem to help, since most girls get comfortable quicker around me). Just wanted to hear from you other short bros about your experiences!

If you find a tall girl who is somewhat bangable would you at least go for the approach?
Let's say if you manage to bang her would you say it was well worth it and you'd feel your height is actually less of a setback than it is perceived to be?

I've seen 5'4 guys with 5'11 girls holding hands walking at the mall once (no joke) I was joking with my friend about how they hell they can have sex. The guy's hands probably can't even reach her boobs at women-on-top position lol. Then again he's very buff, and he did managed to pull it off one way or the other

I'm not a short guy (I'm 5 feet and 10.5 inches), but anytime I go out (nightlife), I do feel just normal because I am only average height. I don't like that.
If you want to gain those few extra inches, you'll have to trade some comfortability away, but in my opinion, its worth it (especially if you do it right)
Here's what I do:
I wear boots with a heel and add the insoles in my boots, and, all of a sudden, I add 3 inches to my height. And to add to that, my hair is a bit puffy, so that adds another half inch.
Here's the math:
5 feet 10.5 inches + 1 inch (shoe heel) + 2 inches (insole of shoe) + 0.5 inches (puffy hair) ~ 6'2'' (6 feet 2 inches). Added 4 inches to my height easily
I now tower over a lot of my competition and I feel confident as hell. Just the fact that I feel taller makes me feel much more in charge
PM me if you want amazon links to what I bought online for lifts/shoes

What do you do when you start dating a girl (or hell even just hang around with friends) in an environment where you're not wearing your boots? Going to the beach, or are in a no shoes house, whatever. Or when you take off your boots around the house at home with a girl and you're suddenly 3.5" shorter? How do you wear shorts at all?
Going up or down 1" or 1.5" nobody would really notice and you could blame on your shoes casually but 3.5" is a big difference - people definitely notice that. And know you're not actually growing it, that its deliberate/fake.
I think the OP is better off gaining confidence and owning his height than resorting to something that will make him look even more insecure. Better to be a confident 5ft 4 man than an insecure 5ft 7.5 man in high heels. OP as others have said get working out hard, that will boost your confidence massively and get you more respect from guys within a few months.

I know tall guys with no game who can't score, and short guys with game who have pretty girlfriends and get obvious IOIs. All things considered, being tall is probably a good thing, but having your shit together and having game matter far more.

What sort of footwear would you gents suggest wearing in the summertime for a decent height boost. Obviously can't wear boots year round in temperate climates.
