Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine is linked to Epstein and rumoured to procure underage girls for him.

The CA.gov website goes on to say “A Presidential Major Disaster Declaration helps people in the impacted counties through eligibility for programs and support, including housing assistance, food aid, unemployment assistance, counseling and medical services and legal services. The declaration also includes public assistance to help state, tribal and local governments with ongoing emergency response and recovery costs, including repairs and replacement of disaster-damaged facilities and infrastructure such as roads, bridges and utilities. The declaration also includes hazard mitigation, which helps state and local governments reduce the risks and impacts of future disasters.”

What the CA.gov website doesn’t say is that this declaration gives the Military and the NSA legality to fully operate inside the borders of California under dodd 5525.5. Department of Defense Directive goes on to state the military will support local law enforcement agencies. Directive 5 speaks of the responsibilities of the military operation during major disaster declarations. Section 5.5 of Directive 5 states: “The Director, National Security Agency/Chief, Central Security Service (DIRNSA/CHCSS) shall establish appropriate guidance for the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS)”

In short, The military and NSA are required to operate in major disaster declarations. Enclosure 2 goes on to state that all intel gathered that may be criminal in nature must be turned over to local authorities for prosecution of the criminal activities.

So, DD, as I've asked before, have you looked into what Q is pointing to (and there's a whole helluva lot relevant to all of us!), or are you merely relying on your BS detector? Because on the surface, it's very understandable to be skeptical and that's the point. Q has gone to great lengths to provide evidence to validate their claims.

Q exists so that POTUS has a back-channel to communicate with Patriots outside the MSM control. I think we all get how corrupt and fake the news outlets are. I'm not convinced Fox isn't also controlled opposite except for Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson. But the key to media control is that EVERYONE has to go through them, at least until people like Cerno and Alex Jones showed up. But they have their own agendas and I don't trust either of them to truly be #MAGA.

I've spent the time to look into Q and it's been disturbing as well as enlightening. I never even knew who 'Payseur' was, nor how Soros, Rothschild, the Saudia, the Clintons, etc all played into this sick game.

The Dems (for now) have a House majority, but NOT the Senate. The Senate has power the House envies - judicial and cabinet appointments, plus the hand-over from Goodlatte and Gowdy on their respective investigative committees. This was anticipated and planned for. I will be disappointed if the clear election fraud doesn't come out and damn many Dems but we'll need to 'wait and see' until about Dec 22nd for that report to be out. I'm taking care of my business (literally) while watching this play out. I'm not telling anyone to not prepare, but I'm far from black-pilled, nor do I have my head in the sand.

I've got nothing to prove to anyone. Q has given so much evidence of their relationship to Trump. The Anons on 8chan and Voat, plus people like Dave/Prayingmedic, Neonrevolt, TracyBeanz, and many others have decoded Q drops to see how well 'future proves past.' The proofs and the information are there for those willing to look. But unfortunately it seems easier for some people to dismiss because it feels good to be a contrarian, or something doesn't jive with intuition, vs. approaching the topic with an open-yet-skeptical mind and looking at the evidence.

And believe you me, there is plenty that's already happened and is yet to happen that we'll never know. Q drops and the confirmations with POTUS tweets are read by both patriots and the cabal / deep state. There is misdirection intentionally at play. It's the greatest chess game ever played, except it's with real people.
