Girls in OP are not just fat, they are A-cups. If you're a flat chested girl stay thin by all means necessary.

Anytime I see "I can't believe ________ is this fat"

I can.

Did some quick Google searches, apparently more men than women in the US are overweight, but slightly more women than men are obese. Bottom line is the majority of the population is fat, lazy, and lacks discipline. Today is a good day to be a strong man with goals and a purpose. Life and competition has never been easier.

I stumbled across this article today.

Here are some choice quotes:

An estimated 64 percent of American women are overweight or obese, according to Weight-Control Information Network

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that the average body weight for adult women ages 20 and older in the United States is 166.2 pounds. The average U.S. woman’s height is 5 feet 3.8 inches tall

A review published in February 2012 in the “Journal of the American Medical Association” reports that the age-adjusted average U.S. woman’s BMI is 28.7. PubMed Health notes that BMIs of 25 to 29.9 are classified as overweight, and BMIs 30 and above are obese, meaning the average U.S. woman falls just shy of being in the obese category.

In the United States, the average woman’s waist circumference is 37.5 inches

This has been discussed on this board several times, but to see it put in these terms was pretty staggering. The average woman in the US is 5'4 166.

I searched around for what that looks like and I found this chick for whom dropping 12 lbs took the N out of WNB
[Image: zuV1Bf4.jpg]

Here's 5'4 160 http://www.height-weight-chart.com/504-160.html

and 170 for comparison http://www.height-weight-chart.com/504-170.html

But you get the idea. These fitness websites are often hardcore SJW so kudos to livestrong for coming out and saying that average weights are way over what's "ideal" and for pointing out the risks of heart disease and diabetes.

It's amazing the difference 12 pounds makes. 37 inches is the waist circumference though? Jesus Christ. Even when I was overweight my waist was only 34 inches. That was at 185 at 5'8"

The figures (numerically and otherwise) are only going in one direction. This means that soon — very soon — the average American woman will be obese.

I can remember a time when a grotesquely fat woman, not too unlike a grotesquely fat man, was a curiosity. An oddball. Now she is a hair's breadth away from being the statistical norm in the United States.

I get your point Suits, but the dating market is not equal. The fatter the guy.... the fatter the woman he has to date.

Along with other toxins like BPAs and endocrine disruptors, GMOs also contribute to obesity. More info on the subject:

Quote:Quote:

If you want to avoid obesity, then avoid eating genetically engineered ( GE ) corn, corn based products and animals that are fed a diet of GE grain. Scientists in Norway have released results from experimental feeding studies, carried out over a ten year period. The results show a positive link between GE corn and obesity. Animals fed a GE corn diet got fatter quicker and retained the weight compared to animals fed a non-GE grain diet. The studies were performed on rats, mice, pigs and salmon achieving the same results.

According to the Organic Consumers Association, it's estimated that 75 percent of processed foods contain GMOs -- and 80 percent of all food consumed in the U.S. is processed. It's no surprise that the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) weight gain data shows that obesity has spiked dramatically since the early 1990s -- which just happens to be soon after genetically modified crops were introduced into the food supply.

Cheerleaders spend a fair amount of time working out, they're not fat for lack of activity. These girls are the first generation to be exposed to this new toxic stew of frankenfood and all kinds of endocrine disruptors from womb to college.

But what is the specific mechanism that links GMOs to obesity? Is a GMO calorie effectively different from an organic calorie?

The correlation cited by the Organic Consumers Association (who clearly has skin in the game) may be pretty spurious. The early 1990's was also when Prozac everyone's a winner culture, the precursor to our current beautiful at any size nonsense, became popular. Personal responsibility began to be replaced by entitlement. It's impossible to prove, but the wave of obesity is likely caused by a combination of many factors, cultural and physiological.

Little in this world is more unfortunate than a fat cheerleader. A former fat cheerleader is literally the worst relationship prospect of any type of girl (save for something ridiculous like a violent criminal); all the physical unattractiveness of a fat girl, without the internalized humility that typically goes along with it.

Without a shred of doubt, I can say that the best girl to get involved with (as an adult) would have been the fat cheerleader's diametrical opposite back in high school; the scrawny, awkward nerd. These girls almost always come from good families and remained virgins until college, so they have a relatively low notch count. By the time they hit their 20's, they'll have begun to put some effort into their looks, so they usually end up being pretty cute just as the "popular girls'" partying and binge eating has taken a visible toll. The former scrawny nerd often has great self-discipline, and will remain thin and young-looking for as long as genetically possible. And finally, despite being the most desirable prospects in their 20's, these girls are unable to see themselves as "the hot girl" due to their low status during their formative years.

Take it to the bank gentlemen. If you look through a chick's old high school photos and see every trait that would be the exact opposite of a fat cheerleader (i.e. skinny but also dorky and unpopular), consider her a serious prospect.

Some women are more genetically pre-disposed to getting fat and in the past those types invariably had a sizeable pair on them.

But now even the girls who aren't genetically pre-disposed to getting fat are having a damn good crack at it anyway.

They say tits are Gods way of saying sorry to fat girls. Perhaps the titless fatty is the greatest proof that God has forsaken us.

Not all calories are equal in terms of inducing obesity, a handful of nuts for example won't make you as fat as the same number of calories from say, a donut.

I'm not sure what the microbiological process that induces obesity in GMOs, getting that mechanism down is harder than establishing the statistical correlation. Any epidemiologist could establish the link between sexual orientation and AIDS rates, but establishing the mechanism and isolating the virus was a far, far greater challenge.

I went to college in the 80s and 90s, back then you saw far fewer fatties, but you also hardly ever saw any women with that weird chunky flat-chested body fat distribution, like that whole row of cheer squad flat fatties. There's something in the soup.

The study was by Norvegian academics, not some American organic food group, you're shooting the messenger here.

I wasn't intending to shoot anybody. I won't argue that something is off with the food supply. But GMO is not the same as processed food - if I understand right the purpose of GMO is mostly Round-Up resistance, yes? But add flavors, preservatives, colors, artificial sweeteners and HFCS into the mix along with whatever the hell gets put into livestock and it's quite a soup indeed.

Whatever's responsible for the fattening I think we can agree that it's a shame. I'm a big proponent of clean eating and with all the horrible things passed off as food these days it's more important than it's ever been. Hopefully more people (and especially young females) will get it.

They need to change the default Western diet. Meat, Carbs where we continue eating until we are stuffed. I just got back to Australia and watching my colleagues as work stuff them with the most process food for lunch shocked me (been over a year). I feel sick every time I go shopping with the amount of land whales! Now coming with degenerate tattoos!

Can't wait to head back to SEA where people care about what they eat and the girls would never think about over eating (bad health)!

I blame the coaches on this one. Cheerleading is considered to be an athletic sport. If they wanted athletic girls cheerleading, and they look like that, than the simple way of fixing this would be pure exercise for the duration of cheerleading practice. No routines, just timed exercise for an hour. Doing this, two things will happen:

1: people who cant hack it with either quit or you will have the evidence to cut them.

2: For those who can hack it the weight will be lost.

It works for the military and other sports, and it should work here.

This is spot on... This is what it has turned into.
