Real Estate isn't that great in Eastern Europe. Looked at many apartments in Georgia and Ukraine and newer buildings seem very modular and boring (on the inside). Lviv has some interesting centuries old apartments if you can put up with bad pipes or electrical issues.

I stayed with Prince for 2 months and it was an epic time. Obviously you can tell from the pics that the apartment is next-level, but more than that he is a veteran of Colombian game. There is a pretty steep learning curve when it comes to getting laid in Medellin because you have to adapt to the environment, culture, and dating scene but spending time with Prince was a major shortcut to success for me. He showed me the ropes and provided deep insight into how the Paisa women actually think. We also celebrated Prince's birthday and that was probably the best night I had in Medellin. It was to the point where we had to call more guys to the party because there were way too many women. Great problem to have. I don't know if I would have adjusted to the Medellin as well as I did if it wasn't for living with Prince. Overall, highly recommended.

About $300k USD and up. Prices are rising pretty fast as well, unfortunately. If you read this in a year from now, add another 5% to that.

Yeah the inflation and cost of living is rising fast in Medellin. Particularly this gorgeous penthouse. Why live in a “shoe box” condo in Toronto and maybe be a pauper when one can live like a king in Medellin. No brainer.

Ohhh btw, the FX analysts predict the peso will hover in the 3.300 - $1 range for 2019. So a condo priced at 330,000,000 cop will be bought for $100k usd. Anyhow off on a tangent.
For newbs visiting Medellin, I don’t know the poster but from what I’ve read and seen on here, the condo is located in a safe area,close to whatever you should need.

I've been spending half-years in Medellin the last couple. My main spot I'd been going to the last couple years, the old lady-host is downsizing so I need to find a new spot. I'll next be in Med just 1-2 weeks mid-March so I could meet up with whoever's there at least then. Thinking I'll probably spend late-Mar through sometime in May in Miami before coming back to Medellin but I'm flexible. DM me and we'll meet there and coordinate something if we get along.

wow. great condo dude.. it is nice to see that someone is doing it right... I wish I could take you up on that and go there for a month or two.. but I got a daughter that was born a few months ago.. I wanted to go to Colombia and do a whole bachelor thing. but I also wanted to start a family and have a kid.. cant really do both I guess. at least not for now. Medellin stills remains on the bucket list.
