Brazilian Police have stumbled into a cocaine workshop with robots packing 150,000 cocaine baggies per day. The era of cocaine deflation is upon Wall Street, as drug lords in Brazil are betting on automation to ramp up production.

I don't see a problem with this. There's less waste, less possibility of theft.

But someone still has to go out, post up somewhere and sell all those bags. Unless the cartels are developing a vending machine or an app where you can order yayo ha.

We'll have Colombian cartels packaging cocaine in Brazil using Indian machinery as Peruvian guards with Romanian AK's stand watch. Chinese-made drones piloted remotely by offshore workers in the Phillipines will sell product to Jewish bankers partying with Czech models in exchange for US dollars.

Ain't nothing like globalization.

Now the robots have taken away our good cocaine packaging jobs...

It used to be a man with a high school education could go down to his local cocaine processing factory, get hired the same day, work 8 hour shifts packaging cocaine, maybe work a little extra on the weekends to afford a boat or a cabin on the lake, and retire at 60 with a full pension.

Now the robots have taken all the jobs. It's very sad.

Its like the cartels don't care about people anymore, just profits.

Just go straight to the source.

I'll get you a limo ride from the airport if you get a little package through customs for me.

Its kind of funny that the cops didn't shut the machine off, or empty the cocaine. The Brazil PD must have found a new income stream.

Cocaine and operating heavy machinery don't go together very well. Whatever savings the cartels derive from investing in automation may very well be offset by disability and workers' comp. I sure hope their legal department knows what it's doing.
