The Caribbean coast of Colombia is just ok, really its nothing special and the DR as a whole I think is better although my experience there is limited. Someone really should write a comparison on the two areas. Barranquilla is a pussy factory but a total shit hole and the Afro-Colombian population isn't as high there as in Cartagena, yes there are mixed people in Quilla but most are Mestizo or Moreno whereas Cartagena has more black people. Cartagena is very nice but over priced and full of horny gringos and its hooker central, turn your Tinder plus to Cartagena if you want to see nothing but hooker after hooker.

Cali on the other hand is less touristy, even during la feria its not packed and you still don't see too many foreigners there. The down side is that there's no beach near Cali but there are nice river spots and some nice areas in the surrounding hills. During the feria its all about attending day time events in the streets then partying at night so you won't have time for nature shit anyway.

It's been said already but Quilla really is a shit hole. Like seriously. It must be the ugliest city on that side of the world. The heat doesn't make at any better. At least Cartagena has a copy of the Miami beachline, and Santa Marta is quite nice in the center, and is surrounded by mountains. On that note, I found Santa Marta a good place to relax in for a few days. I met a couple nice girls there too, off pipelining. It's not the popular opinion here, but I'm really happy I went there.

Avoid Quilla unless you want to stay inside your apartment all day on Tinder. Again, at least Santa Marta has a breezy ocean front and a nice center (the old town area).

No comment on Cali. Medellin is a great place, but you gotta be there long term to leverage it. Also the foreigner factor is obviously not in your favor.

I have been to DR and it has some beautiful girls, wish i had known about it 10 years prior, life changer.

But i am curious if the mixed/black Colombians from Cali etc look as good as there Dominican counterparts, i have a hunch they are not as fine, but would be good to hear from someone who has been. I've only been to Bahia Solano in Choco and its a small, remote fishing village on the Pacific coast and it isn't a place for picking up chicks at all. I went there to do sport fishing and surfing and just to chill for a few days. The locals were nice enough but its so small that the girls don't really hook up with foreigners so easily. In Choco the place to be is definitely Quibdo, the largest city but its still small (population is 125,000). There's areas of Afro-Colombian communities on both coasts but they're spread out, I have been to most of them except Quibdo which I plan on visiting soon and the general consensus is that they suck and aren't places that many tourists go to.

If you want black pussy in Colombia then you go to either Cali or Cartagena or ideally both, they are both pretty cool cities and internal flights in Colombia are cheap ($50-80 return). Other than those big cities, there are pockets of poon in other regions, a couple I have been to: I would not recommend going to these places if you have limited time in the country, they aren't worth it but if you have the time then they can be cool places to visit

I'm not sure about Tolu, but Coveñas can be good on weekends. There are girls coming from all over the place to spend the weekend with their friends/families. Regardless, you'll probably have more luck in the bigger cities.

Stayed in tolu and drove over to Coveñas twice, once at night and once during the day and it was deserted in a strange way like a ghost town you'd see in upstate New York as you drive to the baseball hall of fame. Like it was pass d by by another beach destination. Strange place Coveñas. Tolu is your run of the mill shithole.
