I'm not from a Christian background but it seems pathetic how spineless many churches are when it comes to family relationships. Gay marriage would have been unfathomable to Jesus, yet a lot of churches now allow it.

I think the people in the question also tend to say those things to other random "effeminate" or faggy people who aren't their friends in a semi-bullying way. This is why the question is so meaningful, because you'd think anyone who has such a negative view to homosexuality/perceived homosexuality would at the very least be neutral towards gay marriage.

If you said your friends have become gay, then it would be shocking but being in support of gay marriage is just a trend. I used to be against gay marriage but now I just don't give a shit. I just stay away and move away from any guy that I suspect is gay. I have too many things in my life to worry about than to start hating or talking about gay people.
