I've seen this from the other side, and let me tell you, OP contact an attorney and be the nicest, most law abiding son of a bitch on God's green earth.
My mom was an officer way back when, and still carries a gun with her depending on where she's going and what she's doing even though she hasn't worked in that field for decades now. She had me out learning to drive back when I was a teenager, and as I'm slowing to stop at a red light, I almost hit a guy in the crosswalk. He in turn, slaps the hood of the car. Being the red blooded American teenager I am, I immediately lean my head out the window and start cussing the at the guy. Dude immediately stops, begins cussing back and starts walking up to the window. My mom immediately reaches in her purse, pulls out her M&P, doesn't point it at him, but makes it very visible. Dude stops dead in his tracks and proceeds to high tail it out of there. Mom proceeds to lecture me the rest of the drive about not only good driving and what I should be looking for on the road, but how I need to watch my mouth - so what if he slaps the hood, doesn't harm the car, but me running my mouth at random people could get me killed.
To be fair, she didn't track the dude down and threaten him.

I would echo what everyone else is saying about giving out your contact details.
By giving him your address you saved him the "trouble" of accessing the law enforcement database, which would have recorded the details of the access request. In such a case, it would have been inappropriate access, as the search would not have been related to a new or existing case. Cops cannot access the database just because they feel like it. Doing so at best is a violation of department policy (a terminatable offense, or at worst an actionable case that the city would have to answer for.

I agree unless you got hurt I have no idea why you turned this into a big scene. I don't think any of here would advocate trying to "teach the girl a lesson" if it was a game like situation (ex: flaking, cheating). Usually the smartest thing to do is just walk away.
As for what to do from here - do nothing. Drop it. Don't go to the department and make it personal. If the guy got fired or something out of the blue from you complaining he'd know you were the cause of it, and who knows what crazy shit he may try to do to you then in revenge since he knows where you live.
O.P. I bet after a few weeks everyone involved will forget it ever happened. Its a pretty petty argument. Its not like anybody got hurt or thousands of dollars got stolen or anything. Just some ego clashes. Cops probably deal with assholes all the time. Soon enough there will be somebody else that pisses the cop off badly and he will forget you even exist.

Yeah, my bad. When she was screaming I told her, "Fine, call your dad and I'll wait right here." But he works in another county so I dared her to call 911 saying, "Believe me, they'll take my side in this." Then, after she didn't have the nerve to call 911, I gave her my name and number and told her to have him call me. I really thought we could work it out.
He called, then came over. The call was civil enough but, by the time he got to my house, she had clearly been lying to him and he was pretty worked up...to crazy levels.
He ranted then left. That was about 2 hours ago. He was in his cruiser and in uniform...I assume they're allowed to drive it home. Turns out they live within a mile of me.

It is unfortunate they now know where you live. I guarantee he is snooping all he can about you, running your license plates, searching you in the system.
He knocked on the door and I stepped out onto my porch. I was about to start speaking and he started saying, "No one NO ONE threatens my daughter!" At that point I tried to tell him that she's been lying to him, that she almost ran me over, that I wanted to wait for her to dial 911, etc, but he wasn't having it. I thought about going to get my phone but it was over quickly and he left.
I got the feeling he was trying to bait me into something he could arrest me for.

As instructed, I wrote everything down that night. Since I know my local police chief, I mentioned it and he said I could have him suspended or fired with one phone call. The chief said he'd either talk to him or arrest him if I wanted to pursue it. I declined.
