Thank You IOC. Now have another reason to ignore the Olympics. I think that I only saw the opening ceremonies last year and that was about it.

Mixed sex events coming to the Olympics in 2020

I ran faster than the women's 800m athletics world record [Which was set by someone doped to the eyeballs] when I was 16. If they want to do mixed sports... Actually mix the sports and watch what happens.

The olympics are turning into a joke anyway. They are looking to add pole dancing and table soccer as 'sports' in the next olympics. Every passing day feels like we're living in this movie:

Kaarsten Braasch v the Williams Sisters

During the 1998 Australian Open, sisters Serena and Venus Williams boasted that they could beat any man ranked outside the world's top 200. The challenge was accepted by Karsten Braasch, a German player ranked No 203 (his highest ranking was No 38). Before the matches, Braasch played a round of golf in the morning, drank a couple of beers, smoked a few cigarettes, and then played the Williams sisters for a set each, one after the other. He defeated Serena, 6-1, and Venus, 6-2. Serena said afterwards "I didn't know it would be that hard. I hit shots that would have been winners on the women's tour and he got to them easily."

In 1999 when Serena Williams was 18 and ranked 4th in the world, she re-opened the debate on whether women can compete with men in professional sport. The US Open champion believed she could take on and beat the best players in the men's game - she even applied for a wild card entry to take part in a men's singles event, the Eurocard Open, but this did not eventuate, mainly because she could not compete as she was not a man. (End quote)

Mixed events will be blowouts as we all know. I would allow it so that this nonsense with the SJW would shut them up.

On another note, I think in this increasingly global, cosmopolitan world that its only right, NEY scratch that....ESSENTIAL that the Olympics go one step to further to reflect the changing times we live in and get rid of athletes sponsored by nation states and instead have them sponsored by drug companies.

Well on the bright side at least we will know ahead of time who the likely losers will be at many of those events, so no point in watching. ++

I don't know if this is true as I am not into tennis but I read recently that the top women's players practice with men ranked 500 on the men's circus in order to try to get an advantage on other female players.

Also, I hope that they make the bathrooms at the games "coed" and have free condom dispensers. Just do it!

Wait the organization that wanted to get rid of wrestling because of lack of athletic merit wants to add table soccer and fucking pole dancing.

Wrestling? Wasn't that a part of the Olympics since ancient times?

Yep.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced the addition of five new sports and 15 new events for the 2020 Tokyo Games. According to the IOC, the purpose for these changes is so that the Olympic Games will be "more youthful, more urban, and will include more women.

Quote:Quote:

To the surprise of no one, wrestling was on the receiving end of those cuts, losing 56 spots from the 344 wrestlers who participated in Rio. The 285 wrestling slots allocated for Tokyo will be divided equally among Greco-Roman, men's freestyle, and women's freestyle and their six respective weights, equating to 16 wrestlers per weight class.

Quote:Quote:

The five new sports being added to the 2020 lineup are climbing, skateboarding [Image: tard.gif], karate, surfing, and baseball and softball. The IOC provided this handy pie chart, which helpfully indicates that each new sport will constitute one-fifth of the five new sports being added.

It's fucked. Guarantee they put softball in because women can't throw a baseball.

Wrestling should be a non-negotiable sport in the Olympics. It's one of the most masculine sports in existence and breeds some of the toughest athletes you'll ever meet. These millennial pseudo sports like 'skateboarding' are just trash. They belong in the X-Games or something similar.

The Olympics should be about core feats of athleticism. Not hipster skills for stoner crowds. In anycase, this bullshit has gone far enough. I won't be watching. In fact, I recommend everyone flat out boycott this shit. To see the lunacy in full, follow the link at the bottom. To provide one example:

They are transferring 38 athletes in Judo from Men to Women to "Reach Gender Balance". They are also transferring 44 athletes in Boxing from Men to Women to reach "Gender Balance". If anyone has ever been in a boxing gym, you'll notice that of 100 people training 95 will be men and 5 will be women, and of those women, most of them are doing it for 'fitness'.

What this means is that 44 talented men, who have trained their entire life to fight at the Olympics will lose their spot to 'Nancy'. An accountant who took up boxercise classes for 'toning purposes' and after 6 months of training, made the Olympics because a.) Women don't box and b.) Gender balance.

I think skateboarding is pretty fucking awesome and should have been in the Olympics a long time ago, same goes for surfing. Softball is gay, Football should take its place.

Mixed sex events? That sounds kind of ridiculous.

Perhaps the olympic committee is giving up to modern times and will create some porn based events. The 50 meter cumshot. [Image: tard.gif]
