Hi All,
Some tips to get rid of acne.
Drink more water daily,
Reduce stress with regular exercise,
Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake,
Do take raw food, nuts and seeds more in your diet meals,
Avoid or limit caffeine,
Limit dairy products and red meat.
