I've heard this thrown around a few times and I'm wondering what would it consist of and what are in yours if you guys have any?
This is what mines is like..
-a couple of highlighted passages I've taken from bang, day bang and conversation Casanova by Dave Perrotta
-approach section which includes venue, what I've said and how they reacted and what I did right and what I did wrong/improve on.

I keep a diary, and a rough copy of it here on the forum

Keep a diary logging your notches. Can be a note in your phone.
Mention her HB ranking, age, race, any special traits and a nationality. This brings us to subject of...

Flags:
Do note the flags you collect.

Combine that with your location, date, some daily activities and an emotions you felt.
Emotions you felt will be the most interesting part for you when you read it few months or years later.

Attach this to an album of all your notable lays and your log is perfect.

I can see myself being old and reading my adventures to my grandchildren.
I can see some of them yelling, grandpa grandpa, can you read us again a story about how you banged 3 girls same day in Bangkok?

From a practical point of view, when improving your daygame keep an approach diary of your first 1000 approaches and analysing them.

Did you go direct or indirect, how did you close etc. This way when you get a bang you can come back to the approach and see what worked for you.

HB= Hot Babe ranking. Basically you're giving her looks/body a number based on a 1-10 scale. I usually try to average the two (face/body). If she is a nympho sex fiend, that raises it a point in my book.

Also, I believe your kids will censor you, but I'll gladly join to hear and swap "old war stories"
