I want to get my 'main in Ukraine' a chance to visit me in the US; is a tourist visa a realistic expectation?

I knew someone who tried that for a really long time and it never worked.

Does she have anything tying her to Ukraine itself? A house, good job, etc.

Retail store job; flat in the concrete suburbs; graduate degree in Econ;

If not, is a fiancee visa the only solution? We are fairly serious

You have zero chance of her coming over here then on a visitor visa. She needs her own company and alot of money to even have a shot at that.

Are you sure it is that difficult? We got her an EU tourist visa, it was fairly easy and required her to have about $400 in the bank.

So this is that much more difficult? When there are over a million alien visitors to the US every year? Are they all illegals/refugees except a few bankers?

So a fiancee visa then for us?

EU visa is a completely different proposition than US.

Young, single female from Ukraine is unlikely to get a B visa as they fit the profile of who's going to overstay. Unless she has significant ties that would convince the State Dept interviewer that she will return

I wouldn't use the fiance' visa unless you truly intend to marry her. You can get a K-1 (fiance') visa in 5-7 months. Then you have 90 days to actually get married If you dont get married within that time frame then she becomes "illegal" on day 91. If she leaves in under 90 days without getting married then she's in compliance but will probably never be granted another one

Does her getting an EU tourist visa help at all to show that she has returned to her country already?

Is an attorney needed to file a K1?

It's still bizarre to think the one group (hot single girls) that we do want visiting the country can't.

You cannot compare the EU to how stingy America is on legal immigration. It's like the difference between chocolate and feces.

Tapper is 100% correct.

Nope. They don't know nor care about that.

No, you can do it alone, but unless you are a really quick study, it's not recommended.

Not it's not bizarre at all. Have you been paying attention to anything in the USA from a culture standpoint? You think the feminists and blue pill cucks that put them on a pedestal, want hot foreign women that cook, clean, and fuck to compete with them? It's okay for foreign men to come in and compete for jobs men need, but against women?

This is why you are here Neo! Is your red pill stuck in your throat? Quick! Someone give me a bottle of water!

Actually young girls don't get visas because embassy workers think they are too attractive and will find a guy willing to marry them as soon as they arrive (or some guy is already waiting for them) and that's something they don't want. Think of all the illegal male migrants the government is OK with.

I guess I will give up on getting my Lao girl a tourist visa. Before I ever even started.

The embassy still won't give me a straight answer if she can interview in Vientiane of has to go to Bangkok. The reason I'm unsure is when I checked the wait time for interviews the drop down doesn't list anything in Laos. The nearest is Bangkok.

Her cash/investment assets are still under $10k. I told her last night to get more cash from her ex-sponsor. But she feels bad about milking him. Claims to even have turned down him wiring cash a few times. Facepalm!

Meanwhile she's still dragging her feet on wanting to get a job/business and work. I'm straight up about my stance. Friends/fuck buddies/gik is cool.

However a fiancé visa is out of the question. I wouldn't even consider it unless maybe she radically changes. Like she is supporting herself with a job/business AND not fucking around with the other expat. We both know that's super unlikely.

Maybe we can plan to travel together in EU? what countries do you suggest? For visa? And where getting a 9 on the reg would require a lot of game, thus making bringing one along a more palatable experience?

What happens if the girl gets a fiancee visa but leaves without marriage within 90 days? Can she get another one years down the road?

Technically and theoretically, yes. However, like previously posted by another poster, it will be scrutinized much harder and if they want they will be able to deny much easier than normally. On a girls second attempt, I would not be surprised if you had to end up writing a congressman or something for help getting her through. A lawyer is not just recommended, but probably mandatory to assist.

Lifetime wise the limit is 2 attempts maximum if I recall correctly.

Another tip no one mentioned before is that if you the guy, if you have any felony convictions for domestic violence, rapes of any kind, or sex violations involving minors, you might want to give up on a K1 or K3, and marry her in her country and stay there. Not only do you have to have a lawyer to help you get one, you need a senator's and congressman's help, and alot of praying. If your violation was very recent, you probably have to wait a while.

Good luck out there.
