I'm interested in what you guys are saying about the Philippines and especially about the ease of laying the local women. I mostly wonder, if your success is through "shoring" as the NaughtyNomad termed it, that is with pro and semi-pros that you meet at bars and nightclubs and game normally (e.g. not paying)? Also if you are not "shoring", where and how are you meeting your women, though online dating, day game at malls, etc.? I hear day gaming at malls is huge, I've done a little bit of day game here in the U.S., but never cold approaching girls at the mall though. So sounds like picking up isn't tough there, but do women approach you there, or do they give off lot's of IOI's, or is there still need to be aggressive and pro-active as far as approaching and gaming goes?

Any specific info. would be appreciated.

YMG, how would you compare the physical quality of girls in the Philippines vs say Phuket? I'm following this Philippines thread with a lot of interest as it's getting higher and higher on my list of places to go and do when I get to Asia.

As for the comparisons you will find that Filipinas are slightly darker skinned asians. I asked one Filipina that I was banging in South Korea last month to describe her country's people and she put it quite well.

She said "We are the latinas of south east asia" and thats a good description due to the spanish / latin influence.

Nightlife in both countries is stocked with pros and semi pros

The are plenty of hotties in both

I have successfully shored in both and in multiple cities in both

I would say that it's easier to get laid in the Philippines but it's easy in Thailand too. Comparing any country to the Philippines in this regard is unfair as the Philippines is the easiest place in the world to get laid as far as I can tell.

How long were you in Manila and what specifically attracted you to the city besides the chicks?

Are you thinking of working off your computer or getting a biz started here or something?

The Philippines are attractive to me as an English speaking Asian destination at rock bottom prices. In terms of biz, it seems like the kind of place where, if you have connections, you can pretty much get anything done.

Manila is easily the ugliest and most chaotic city in the entire country in terms of traffic, pollution etc. and its only once you get outside of it to the islands that you see the country's natural beauty.

Manila attractions are principally

1. The most chicks. Of course its the capital and has the most people and therefore the most chicks. The is a native Manila look but as people from every single part of the Philippines migrate to Manila in search of work the entire country is represented.

2. Nightlife. Nightlife there is literally 24 hours and has everything from rock dive bars to hooker bars to up scale night-clubs.

3. Poker. If you are a poker player there are tons of games going at fully licensed casinos and card rooms. Blind levels start low and go as high as you wish to play at (pretty much)

4. Big city feel (if you like that sort of thing)

In terms of the dirt and chaos of the city in general, you can stay in a baller part of town like Makati to avoid it. Also the malls everywhere in town are very nice 1st world places with nice air con and conditions and provide relief from the heat and chaos.

Yes it is, it's free and you can meet girls from Cambodia and Indonesia on there too.

I also don't get why anyone would "shore" or pick up girls at bars in The Philippines, unless you really love the bar scene. The malls are just like at home only more crowded. I went to Lipa City, which is outside of Manila and I guess could be considered The Suburbs. Lipa has two malls, an SM and a Robinsons, and if you can't get laid via online or the malls in the Philippines then you are indeed HOPELESS.

It's not like daygame in the States, if your a foreigner Filipinas will give you plenty of IOIs. Also, major stores in the malls hire girls strictly 18-25, most likely single and attractive. They wear uniforms of blouses and skirts, and are often posted at the end of a single aisle, which their duty is to help people find things in that aisle. It is such a target rich environment it is INSANE.

I agree with the description of Filipinas as the Latinas of South East Asia for the majority of girls there. They look a lot like the pretty Latinas we have here in the Pacific Northwest only slim and not dressed like total whores. When you get up close you notice those alluring almond eyes. Some will even have the pretty Asian features, and curly hair to top it off!

You can be succesful in the Philippines even if you are not white. A lot of Filipinas love the Hispanic/Arab/Latin look as well. In addition, Indian guys appear to do surprisingly well with them. The girls seem to have the impression that Indian guys are all educated and well to do doctors/engineers etc.

Man....I would never eat out a girl who I just met and hooked up with on the first night. It only takes one time to get horrible cold sores on your face the rest of your life.

Having said that the feminine hygiene has been great so far. I had one semi shaved and one totally shaved.

has anyone been to Cebu City? I am going to be in the Philippines for 3 months soon and im not sure if i want to stay in Manila or Cebu or maybe some other city that is good. I care about nightlife that is conducive to pick up. I'm not too excited about these whore filled venues.
