Do you work out for a "Bear" or a Hollywood Physique?

I have always been lean, i just finished my cut, i don't have or feel like i need to do a dexa scan, mainly because my pollock (calipers) measuramentr says that i' 4%, im pretty far from it.

The only fat you can find on me is a little and i mean very little on my lower abfomrn and the same amount on my lower back, my legs have some too, but with good light you see striations, lower ab veins, and the shoulder even with bad light. So i'm definetely sub 10%.

I wont go lower than this because i would look too small, but i've been more ripped before, so it wouldn't surprise me if i was around 6-8%. The thing with bb is that they mess with the water, if i were to do that i could look even more shredded. but its a pain in the ass hard as fuck to maintain and i'm not getting on a stage for a show.

There might be some typos, but i'm posting from my phone.

I workout as much as I can, and I drink the beer I want to drink, and I just let me body be.

A huge thing is just to make sure your chest/shoulders are yoked enough to make your gut seem proportional.

Top two abs are visible.

Bottom two haven't been since in years.

I'm okay with that

Pretty much this video... I'd rather look like Greg (which is what hot 18-22 year old girls want).

1. Strength, first & foremost

2. Endurance

3. Muscle mass

4. Being ripped

That's the order of importance for me and the reason while I will always be more of a "bear" (in absolutely no homo terms).

Maybe they should have taken the same person with a bear physique and hollywood physique and then ask girls. Greg is taller, more good looking no homo. Girls will naturally find him more attractive.

The guy on the left wins easily just on having a better face and not being pastey looking. Physique wise they're about even. The pastey looks stronger, but the other guy has better shred going on.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.

Greg in that video has a far more conventionally attractive face (no homo), and a good tan. I'd wager they're why hes winning most of the comparisons - most of the women probably aren't even registering the differences in bodytype.

Its a good idea for a video though, if they'd just photoshopped the same face onto two different bodies (of equal tans) they would have got a better insight from the responses.

Chris from GoodLookingLoser has an awesome article about how Facial Leanness has a lot to do with women's first impression visual attraction level.

Here is the article: http://www.goodlookingloser.com/laid/fun...0-pictures

Obviously we know Game is the most important thing.
Remember though, Lean Face will only help improve your Game.
