New York pharmacy charges 'Man Tax'

How on earth is this not grounds for a multimillion lawsuit?

Because she's not charging men extra, she's simply refunding women their sales tax and eating the loss herself (a fact that I'm sure her employees are thrilled with). Furthermore, there is no prohibition on price discrimination of goods, just services.

This Pharmacy sounds like an easy way for me to file a discrimination claim & sue the crap out of this business, especially if the owner is a female.

How can one sue this Pharmacy?

Purchase something,
and then when you pay the 7% tax
Take photos that you were forced to pay more money.
Subsequent, bring this to the attention to a store manager.

If you feel discriminated, there are avenues to sue this Pharmacy, though that autistic 18-year-old kid from Mott Haven may have already started filing papers with the court to sue the Pharmacy for the biggest victim Olympics of them all.

The best claimants to win money are from these groups:

1) Gay men, preferably men of a shade darker.
2) Autistic men.
3) Women who identify as men.

Plus, if you wanna spite the Pharmacy more, in NYC there is a law which states that failing to use tranny words is a fineable offense around 200,000 US$.

Time to sue tha pharmacy and place it into litigation for their anti-autistic-black and yellow-purple drank-yellow bone-Variety sexual stance on men who identify themselves as "zen".

Or to get the pharmacy worried, one can claim that they are a Syrian refugee who believes in Sharia compliant law---The pharmacy may look forward to a quick settlement. No questions asked.

I am not a lawyer, but businesses do get sued for discrimination, but you gotta find the right claims to win damages, such as a male who bought a belt at a Gucci store and the cops came after him after the store clerk thought he stole the money. The important thing to win a case is to describe how you were discriminated and what impact it had on you.

I ain't a lawyer, but that pharmacy is looking for lawsuits and litigation

That's only partially true.

Al Sharpton could walk into that Pharmacy right now, and claim that he is paying more for a good in order to fund it for the benefit of some Anglo chick living in Manhattan borough, and he will at least get an angry reaction.

Furthermore, the pharmacy is directly discriminating by flouting tax laws by offering to pay the 7% sales tax for women while plastering flyers about a "7% Man Tax" (which is illegal, because only the IRS could dictate taxation rules. The IRS does not charge "Man Tax" in NY state.

Furthermore, if I opened a store in Brooklyn and plastered a sign marked "7% Tax on Hispanics & immigrants, 0% tax on American citizens" or "7% Tax on Jews, 0% tax for Nazis", that shit gonna get my store burned down to the ground while I still gonna get sued by people and by the agencies of NY state for breaking human rights, taxation & business laws & city by-laws.

The Pharmacy looking for trouble, that's all I know. They may have already gotten complaints against them for now. The main motive is for more people to sue the Pharmacy until it is unable to pay for legal fees to court.
