I have been using these tips for a long time and found them pretty effective.
People that haven't seen me for a long time compliment me that not only I don't age but also that I look younger than before.
1. Tanaka Face Massage.
This one is crucial to keep your face young. The massage not only prevents getting wrinkles but also reduce the wrinkles you already have. Moreover and more importantly it helps to keep your facial contour up, prevents your cheeks from sagging and actually lift them making your face slim and tight.
2. Carole Maggio jaw strengthener exercise.
To increase results of Tanaka Massage I use is Carole Maggio facial exercise - Jaw Strengthener. It tones your facial muscles and sharpen your jawline.

3. Sunflower Oil mixed with Curcuma and Black Pepper mask.
Nourish your face rubbing Sunflower Oil mixed with Curcuma and Black Pepper on your forehead, cheeks and under your eyes. Vitamin E rich Sunflower Oil is both a nutrient and antioxidant as well and Curcuma with black pepper. They rejuvenate and tone your skin.
Use this before Tanaka Massage. Its work great for reducing wrinkles and keep your facial skin looking young.
4. Yoga Exercises for Spine
There is an axiom: "You are only as old as your spine".
Do yoga exercise that focus on strengthening your spine. The stronger and more flexible your spine, the younger you are. Focus mostly on backbends , asanas as Bow Pose, Camel Pose, Cobra Pose.
5. Stop or at least limit your ejaculations
The Chinese proverb says a drop of semen is equal to ten drops of blood
