Anyone have opinion on Cluj for end of July /" August? Is it dead in the summer?

July/August is very slow, all the students are away. But there's one huge event : UNTOLD Festival. An electro music festival in the heart of the city.

For roughly a week, hundred of thousands of people flock to the city. Mainly Romanian and neighbouring countries. You'll find tons of girls ready to party, slutty dressed and drinking heavily (the 2€ beer inside helps). Some competitions of course, but good ratio.

Private room/apartment, 15min max walking distance from festival is what you need for logistics.

Last year I banged an hungarian girl through social circle and a Romanian girl studying in UK, visiting her home country.

This year it's 3/6 august : https://untold.com/

re. the language thing, romanians probably prefer to learn french/spanish because they are neo-latin languages vs english, as is romanian. So it's likely easier for them to learn. A lot of romanians also speak italian (same reason)

So im reading Bucharest is dead in the summer as everyone goes to the beaches, Mamaia, Constanta etc, and also it is hot in the day so people stay indoors, not good for me as ill be daygaming.

So looks like ill be going April/May time. I'm hoping this will be the best time to go, university is in, its cooler, and no one is leaving like in the summer.

I went there in September, and it was just great. Yes, less people are in the city, but enough, and a lot of hotties on the street, gyms, and clubs. I doubt the quality of talent goes down, just 10% less people. Could be different in July/August, however.

And as any girl speaks anyways English, you don't need students.

Will be back in a week and stay at least one month.
