Seriously now - I spent two decades in California so I can claim some pertinent exposure - ahem. In my experience it's really a crapshoot. It's not only down by race. As I said before its average. You need to also consider who's had children. For me I think it has less to do with race and more to do with hip size. Women with narrower hips on average tend to have tighter vaginal canals.

However, I read that black women have tilted hips. A posterior axial tilt which makes their butt jut out and rounder.
