Doesn't England have a severe problem with young male immigrants harassing/raping women? I think there was a Netflix documentary called Roterdam that showed a lot of women being assaulted by invaders.

How would you stop such things? Well, you could pass a law that if women even feel uncomfortable then that'd be a misogynistic hate crime. You'd get a lot of innocents but as Mao once said, "better a hundred innocents die rather than one guilty go free." And it'd be very easy to implement and enforce; simply ask the woman how she felt and if she says badly then the man is guilty.

I imagine when these rules (and it's only a matter of when) comes to the USA then being a man could be somewhat like being a free black man living in the antebellum South; technically free but highly likely to commit an emotional crime on someone by one's mere presence.

It feels to me, purposefully or otherwise, that we as society is doing some eugenics program but instead of breeding for just looks we're also breeding for fame. By essentially making day or night game illegal, we've eliminated most men from talking to women, and online only the most attractive men get women.

What do you guys think? I feel my statements are a bit off but cannot specify exactly why.

Looks as if indirect game will be the way to go.

Saying that i find it easy to tell here just by a girls body language how she would receive an approach whether on the street in daylight or in the club. Can find that more difficult overseas.

Plausible deniability used to be merely annoying but part of the Game but now it could be the difference between you walking free and receiving a career-changing criminal charge.

They have defined it like that so it is classed as open-ended. Meaning if a woman feels uncomfortable with a man she can get the police onto him.

It wasn't designed with men chatting up women but more to do with cretins who stalk women at work, at home or follow her. Stalkers with expert knowledge of the law could merely state he was within the vicinity and walking that way.

Now the law is interpreted according to how a woman feels. So if you're not her type and she perceives you as a creeper, a police officer is never far away in the town centre.

In Toronto, just minding your own business and walking with a camera like a GoPro can cause a half-naked woman to turn back, and then cry out how she was being followed (in a crowded Pride venue where there are few routes to walk on anyways), while she has her feminazi friends to entrap the man before trying to punch him in his face to destroy his camera.

I don't know that much about recent UK Constitutional rights because I haven't stayed there long enough to experience the surroundings, but in the USA it is not illegal to film in a public venue where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

What these street harassment laws are doing is allowing half-naked and naked women on the streets to cry out false charges on innocent men.

The question is..Who is funding for more police officers to be on the streets to enforce "Street Harassment" Laws? I'spose this means British guys who are clueless with women need to focus on improving their lifestyle before their game so that they're in good shape, have some style and can travel to practice game abroad before practicing it here so British women are more receptive to their approach.

Either way, all the more reason to move away from the UK. The sailing thread has really inspired me to build the paper needed to have that kind of life. But I do genuinely think all these laws are going to eventually wake more and more men up to the fact that these laws are screwing them over and so something has to give. Without reading through the whole thread, and apologies if it's being reposted, but the police don't make up laws. Parliament makes up laws.
What the police are doing is recording it as a "hate crime" on their own little database. What should be noted is that an actual crime doesn't have to be comitted, they can just record whatever they want.

In my opinion the object of the exercise is to use the data from the "hate crime" database as a tool to get parliament to pass "hate crime" laws. Wanting to shag a british bird doesn't seem all that hateful, ill advised, but not hateful. I'm not sure what's going to happen to the birth rate when no one is allowed to proposition anyone.

We know for certain minorities of the sheepfucking kind, culture comes before the law two-thirds of the time. For a nasty portion of those said minorities, culture -- that is to say, shari'a, which is essentially nothing but culture backed by God's inerrant word -- comes before the law three-thirds of the time, and that's how you get suicide bombers and the like. Anyway, point being: any insular ethnic minority that has its own language, ghettos, and belief system is basically going to ignore this law and ensure that its women also ignore it; remember, it's not the men who enforce the hijab against women, it's mainly other Muslim women. Sure, you might get some slightly three-digit-IQed Muslim woman who finally manages to get a firing neuron that says "Hey, I don't like the way he talks to me," but for the most part, so long as the culture is insular, this sort of thought-policing law will not penetrate it. At best it'll be seen as a justification for the behijabed hordes to not trust White Man's Law and use it even less. And the sort of Western woman who's so without foundation and independent thought as to willingly go under the veil is not the sort of woman who is exactly going to go crying to Scotland Yard if Ahmed says she is to shut the fuck up because she's a woman, either.

Well, not yet depending on the state that you live. However BOLO and watch what the local/State gov does. Harassment is not exactly uniform throughout the US so one state will have more stringent laws than others. You can thank Maddison for that one.

Given that, the culture is changing for the worse, and with that the laws will eventually. Unfortunately, I don't have the kind of answers to stop this or the massive hard times ahead that will spring from it.
