I think I understand, except I am unclear as to whether Dirty Dan thinks that flooding Montreal with thirsty black guys would be a good thing or a bad thing. It should be a bad thing, but I think he said something about it being a good thing.

I'm a resident of Quebec, but due to some loopholes, I can live in other countries and still be a "resident" of Quebec.

We used to take 3-4 day road trips to Montreal all the time, we were young and broke as fuck but the city had so much to offer to a bunch of horny party animals from the Maritime provinces: poutine, strippers, fireworks, good drugs, cheap smokes, beef jerky and really strong beer (Fin du Monde).
