Italian court rules food theft 'not a crime' if hungry

How to Make Money in Italy:

1. Find a bunch of homeless people
2. Wait for them to apparently legally acquire small amounts of food for free
3. Pay them almost nothing for some of the food
4. Resell the food for a little more, but still under market value
5. Profit until Italy collapses

To be fair. I expect nothing less from an Israeli abroad to be as cheap as possible.
It's Jewish stereotype that seems to play over an over.

Concerning the article.
Is the court setting a precedence or is this a simple case.
I see no problem in claiming that the crime is not really a crime in specific cases.

I don't think the court is trying to rule out petty theft all together.

I am the cock carousel
