The wall is definitely real. Kind of depends on what the woman's relationship goals are. To me, the peak is when it is the easiest for a person to obtain their romantic goals. The wall is when a person hit the point where it becomes noticeable harder to achieve their romantic goals.
So for women, the peak for getting sexual attention, marriage and children is the late teens, early 20s
The wall for marriage and having children happens in the early 30s.
The wall for sexual attention and getting sex, around mid 30s - mid 40s; it depends on how well she ages and if she is able to maintain her looks.
Observe the comments in this thread:

The women in their early 30s that responded are clearly concerned about not being able to get married and have children. Women in their early to mid 20 are clearly
not concerned about such things. How often to you hear about women in their early to mid 20 making marriage ultimatums? Despite women in public acting as if they have tons of options, in reality women have a shelf life and they know it.
Now observe this article about women who haven't had sex in year:

After a certain point, women lose their good looks and won't be able to attract any man other than their husband. This happens about mid 30 to mid 40 depending on how well she maintains herself.
While women may get attention on dating apps while they are in their 40s, it generally just for sex, not for a serious relationship. Exceptions happen obviously, but they are rare.
