A 13-year-old Russian-German girl has admitted making up a story about being kidnapped and raped by migrants in a case that triggered a furore in Germany and briefly embroiled Berlin police in a spat with the Kremlin, state prosecutors said.

The parents of the teenager, named only as Lisa, reported her missing on 11 January after she failed to appear at school in the Marzahn district of the capital. She reappeared 30 hours later with injuries on her face, and told her parents she had been attacked by men of Middle Eastern or north African appearance. News of the incident spread on social media, sparking outrage among Berlin’s Russian-German community.

But when she was questioned by trained specialists three days later “she immediately admitted that the story of the rape was not true”, said the spokesman for the state prosecutor, Martin Steltner.

He said the teenager had been scared of going home after the school had contacted her parents over an incident at school.

Yet the allegations caused uproar in Berlin, particularly after reports of mass sexual assaults allegedly carried out by migrants in Cologne. A Russian-German community group staged a protest, supported by the Pegida-related Bärgida movement. The far-right National Democratic party also demonstrated in Marzahn.

The mood was exacerbated by a report on Russian state TV, in which the girl’s relatives claimed her allegations were not being investigated.

The Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, also weighed in to criticise the Berlin authorities. “The news that she disappeared was kept secret for a very long time,” he told a press conference, blaming “political correctness”.

Analysis of the teenager’s mobile phone records showed she had spent the night with a friend, who is not being treated as a suspect.

As soon as criminal cover ups started, Western European governments destroyed their credibility. Now anything they say must be treated as suspect. We do the same thing for American banks and their crimes, for example, because we know the regulators in the US work for the banks (thanks to ZeroHedge for reporting this). I don't see why it should be any different for Europe.

I agree that rape claims should always have a high standard of proof, but when you have hundreds of women get raped in one night then suddenly it's hard not to talk about it.

Focusing on all the other negative effects of mass immigration is certainly the safer route and cannot be debunked, but rape is a serious crime that is hard for people to ignore. We should still be asking if women who are raped brought it upon themselves by voting for shit politicians, however. For example, the woman who was murdered at the refugee center was almost certainly a brainwashed lemming who supported multi-kulti.

Exactly. Population replacement, economics, cultural decline, and even crime to a certain extent are all "logical." As we should know by now, if you're reduced to arguing logically, even if you're right, you probably aren't winning.

The rape (or assault - remember that almost all of the attacks were sexual assaults, not outright rapes) of your country's women by foreigners on the other hand, is a powerful thing that hits you deepest in your tribal-oriented brain. It is therefore going to create a more effective response than just about any more abstract point. To be clear, there is nothing more humiliating and demoralizing than you as a man watching your tribe's women get attacked by a foreign occupying force and you being unable to stop it. Nothing to do with logic, just tribal instincts.

The proof is in the pudding. After Paris, nothing much changed, even though what happened there was by any objective measure far worse. After Cologne, local men started to patrol the streets, resist the police, and beat up the invaders, in multiple countries. Look what just happened in Sweden of all places.

It does require judicious use, and we need to be careful about white knighting in the long term, but if we're talking propaganda, it is one of the most powerful tactics there is, and feminists in a way helped us because now we not only get to expose their own hypocrisy, but their emphasis over the years makes the tactic more powerful still.

First : the age of consent in Germany is 14,if the parents allow it, she is under 14 so it's rape even if she herself consents. what she did not. And this means normally that there are grey zones in Germany for example there are relationships between 13 and 19 year old but they are formally illegal, there are relationships between 14 and 19 year olds and they are in a grey zone.
You are only safe when she is at least 16+ if you are over 18 and it's not socially acceptable to have a big age difference for most people here, but in very leftist areas, I know of a lot of relationships like 13/19 year olds but only in the left music scene which is big in Germany.

The articles key statement : she was 100% raped by two Turkish /Muslim men in October. There is a video of the incident as proof.

What happened in January is not fully disclosed yet.

While Lisa was missing she was with the 19 year old "friend". Him and his mother say Lisa was not raped. That means for the lawyer and myself that possibly he had sex with Lisa too, and possibly knew of the happenings in October. The sex between these two would be rape in any case because of the ages..

A judge will now test if Lisa is to be believed because she could be psychological unstable.. but still can't legally consent even if she is.

Lisa is in psychological help and didn't talk after her second statement.

They say she is in a bad condition.

So the media was changing the story like they did with the rok meetings to make the Russian community and the Russian interest in this rape look stupid.

This fits the anti Russian agenda in Germany. The news are often reporting things 180 degrees turned when it's about Russia especially about the Syrian war, where only Russia Is legally and the only country next to Syria which really fights terrorists.
