Yep, your pretty much going to need a passport inside the United States to travel. For those without state driver's licenses, no more flying around the U.S.
Perhaps that will make the joe the red neck plumbers of the U.S. take notice of the congress is moving to revoke passports.
I really think this is a de facto attempt at taking people's citizenship away. The supreme court has shot down most of congresses other attempts to cancel people's citizenship, but this sucker (and most of the anti-expat laws) are being drafted to side step any judicial entanglements.
I have to hand it to Robert wood at Forbes who has consistently hammered the subject of FACTA and congress going after expats:
