I need your personal mantras

Hi all,

I sometimes find myself slipping into beta mode in certain social situations. I get frustrated with myself and I think that if I had a couple of mantras for framing my mindset it may help at times.

For example, I have heard people say when you walk into a new place tell you self "this is my house."

I think that is a great reminder of how to frame things.

Would love to hear any others people may have? Things that remind you to be the man, comfortable in own skin, remind of your value, etc.

In hatred be strong, in valor be sure, in vengeance be foremost.

If you are going to impose your will on the world, you must have control over what you believe.

This isn't really a nice quotable mantra, but something that has really helped me in the past is remembering this as you walk in to a bar, club, event etc:

No one in this room knows anything about me, my possible insecurities, fears etc. How they see me is completely within my control, right now, and I decide who I am tonight.

"Fuck it"

Saved this a few years ago, pretty much sums up a lot of the way I go about things

When I have to make an entrance or speak in public (I'll be using this one today, as in a couple of hours I'm about to do a short presentation on a conference):

"Shut up and don't worry. Head high, chin up, stick chest in front, back straight. I'm the king."

When I start to feel socially awkward, or begin to slip out of a conversation:

"Quick, ask them something! Feelings and emotions come first."

What colour are her eyes?

BE MINDFUL - she'll show you how structure the situation to seduce and fuck her.

It's about the vibe, not the words.

Do you want the girl or the skill?

One day she'll be so ugly no-one would even look at her

"Baby if you only knew, the feeling I would give to you"

Approach EXCITEMENT!

Blow me or blow me out.

Open yourself first - stretch, dance, exercise, sing

I always respect a man who can ask sincerely mentorship type advice. Good luck with this.

You can be as nice as you want. Just don't be weak.

Sounds corny like some Anthony Robbins kind of thing, but several years ago I saw a guy driving a nice car with the vanity plate "THNKPOS". I don't know why but it really resonated with me that morning and it stuck with me for a long time.
