PolymathGuru's Review of the "The State of Man" 4GB RooshV flash drive package

I got my flash drive yesterday in the mail and want to write a review about it. Only 36 of these versions exist out of all the 150 that were manufactured. There seems to be two different models, The ones sold at the lecture(2GB) and post lecture with a video of the lecture(4GB). This will be focused on the latter 4GB model. I made a table of contents to make easier to skip over the wall of pictures.

Table of Contents
I)Packaging
II)USB Card
III)Contents

I)Packaging

A hand written envelope by Roosh himself. While not big deal, this package could only gotten cooler if it came in a Roosh V themed envelope with black paper with his logo on it.

Each USB card is packaged in a plastic bag with a yellow post it note that says "Thanks Ryan, Roosh." From an aesthetics point of view, it looks tacky. However, when I first saw it, I had heart felt moment when opening it. That is saying a lot coming from a guy who has been accused by his sister for being a sociopath and having Asperger syndrome. Although my father has said to be sister "If I was your age, I wouldn't bother dating you. Your personality sucks." She is technically a feminist. Although I happen to value truth more than my own feelings. I remember trying to study The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli reading up on stoic philosophy to achieve a sense truth in the world. I remember hating English class because it was more about learning a character's perspective than creating an analytical framework.

II)USB Card

Whether you can appreciate this card depends on how you value the USB card. There are are two ways to look at it, as a piece of memorabilia or as a USB card.

As a USB card, it is pretty retarded. It is matter of ergonomics. The size of the card itself is the size of a credit card and three times thicker than one. It covers the adjacent ports on my computer. Inserting it the USB. The other problem is a lack of protection for the gold leaf connection where the data is transfered. None of the data is protected in any given way, so I would recommend you extract all the files and place the USB card in the bag that was given. Then keep it for display.

As a piece of memorabilia, its pretty awesome. Unless you buy a physical copy of Roosh's books and get them all signed, there simply aren't any alternatives. For one thing, it has his signature on it.

Comparing the picture on his website and the USB card I have, they are unique signatures for each card and not mass produced. Examining the signature closely, it was written with a black sharpie with the fading writing effects that come with using one.

However, there are some improvement I would have wanted to make. The first is a small hole to put a string through it. It would be cool to experiment with a new style of game, Roosh V swagger game. As it stands, he hasn't created any sweatshirts or t-shirts yet that have his logo on the front and his website on the back with a phrase such as "Neomasculinity" or "Red Pill" or "International Player" or "Game Recognized". Quite honestly, we need more people paying to be walking talking billboards for our ideas and I would like to pay to do that. It would make for awesome workout shirts.

I wish it was a little thinner so I could turn it into a credit card. I would just copy the magnetic strip on my current one and create a slogan for it. It would be something like "Who's been in your Pussy." A play on the capital one slogan "What's in your Wallet."

III)Contents
This is a bit of a weird one. There are some slight differences between the downloaded package and the USB card itself. The USB card has all the contents that were promised but the downloaded contents has the bonus contents from the Poosy Paradise promotion.

The only complaint that can be made is how files are organized. I think I am just nitpicking when I say this but I like to have organized files in folders by either Book title or File format. It just makes it easier to find.

All the books come in three file formats. You can choose between either pdf, mobi and epub. It gives you some flexibility on which e-reader you want to use. I'm not going to review any of the books as there is already a thread dedicated for that. Plus I haven't read any of the books yet.

The bonus contents I'll review. I don't know if they were supposed to be included but it wasn't my fault that they were downloaded. But I am going to review them none the less assuming there were suppose to be added.

The first thing to be looked over is the datasheets. They aren't anything unusual as far as datasheets go. They happen to be data sheets written by Roosh. The Data Sheets are on the following countries and cities:
Canada: Toronto and Montreal
Moldova: Chisinau
Poland: Lublin and Warsaw
Romania: Bucharest, Cluj and Lasi
Ukraine:Kiev and Odessa

The next interesting piece of bonus is the exclusive video "5 things you should know about Russia"
I think it is overrated considering he has already written his thoughts on it a blog post written to compare Russia from Ukraine. You also need the link to watch the video.

His piece 20 travel tips is more of an elaborate on How not to get laid while traveling. It actually has some useful additional tips worth reading about that should determine how to optimize your lays in a foreign country. Definitely worth it if you are traveling to get flags.

78 Cities Overviews can be worth it. While you could search through blog posts to find cities to figure out if it is worth it, this gives a quick and dirty review and allows you to filter cities and countries pretty quickly.

Language learning tips is only as useful as your desire to learn Russian. Russian is a more difficult language to learn. I read some things before on how the word order of a sentence can radically change the meaning of the sentence. It is likely one of those languages where you will need to spend at least 1100 hours to be fluent it. You will need about one years time to learn the language, maybe a little less.

The most important content is the speech made by Roosh. Compared to his youtube videos, this is his best speech he has made. It explains a lot of changes about what has been expected of men in previous generations versus today. What are the trade offs someone will have to make to find love. If you are familiar with his works over the last two years and his stuff from ROK, this speech isn't revolutionary but it does a very good job summing up his ideas. I wouldn't recommend buying it for yourself but so you can share it with others. The only downside is the video contains only his New York speech but none of his other speeches which I am curious about. It doesn't mean I didn't enjoy his New York speech. I sometimes get different information when watching the same speech spoken different times. There are at times tidbits of information displayed can be slightly different.

Overall I am satisfied with the overall package. I think most complaints I made are just nitpicking. I also want to say thanks to Roosh for making this package and keep up the good work.
