No punishment for such a stupid case?

Is there no way the judge can sentence her to community service or prison time?

Or maybe sentence her to a second broken wrist from the nephew and his dad?

Damn.

How does the fact that she broke her arm relate to her having to walk up stairs to her apartment?

This piece of shit waited until the boy's mother died until she sued. I think the mother is her sister.

What's amazing about reading this forum a lot is that most of us probably didn't even have to read the article to know what this bitch looked like, her personality, and the kind of lifestyle she leads.

Selfish pettiness.
Meaningless paper shuffling occupation with minor authority over others.
Lack of familial bonding.
Sue happy ambulance chaser.
Fat cunt.
Dinner parties with Hors D'oeuvres.
Manhattan.

Bet you anything this piece of shit also identifies strongly with limousine liberal style politics too.

The only bright spot is that this boy should know at an early age to sever contact with this individual forever. If the father has any sense at all he'll take steps to do this too.

Also, look at the female Marshall on the right. How did a fat dwarf get that role? Could she really stop somebody if some serious shit kicked off? She could probably take down Jeb Bush's wife, but I think that's about it for her.

TSA seems to hire loads of people that look like this too. I have no idea how they pass any kind of standards or what ghetto they are recruited from. It's just a complete joke. I bet able bodied men with decent backgrounds get rejected all the time for the same position.

How do you even collect on a judgment against a child, assuming you get one? Is she trying to go after the insurance money that the kid's parents have in their homeowner's policy? That would be my guess, but it's not clear from the news story.

I think there are details left out.

My take on it is that the the kid inherited a pile of cash from his mother, and that is why she is suing now.

While the insurance angle is a possible, I would say that is not the reason since the insurance company would have done something sooner instead of waiting years.

I also expect that a large part of the lawsuit is ' pain and suffering' or compensation for loss of use, since I can not see how a broken wrist, even in an emergency room, would run $120K.

It would be interesting to read the original complain, as filed, if it is online or someone lives near that courthouse.

Think of the time and effort this guard spends keeping jacked so he can do the work of two, while the ugly little troglodyte spends her time hoovering down bigmacs and twinkies.

The fact that these two will get paid the same disgusts me.

Time for some real talk.

Yes, it's ridiculous that this man and this woman would earn the same income, because she's clearly a useless walking birthday cake, but let's rethink our conclusions for a moment.

Working as a court security officer, even if you have a fancy name like Marshall is the lowest rung of law enforcement. Sure, in most cases these court officers have police powers, but they all desperately want to be driving around in a police car instead of sitting on their hands all day and protecting dumb bitches from reporters.

This guy is earning the same money is the fat, useless collection of human fudge, because he failed to better himself enough to get the job he really wants.

Sure, there are fewer positions available to him because of diversity hires, but that hasn't stopped other men from getting these jobs.

Now, on the other hand, when a tiny little piece of equality gets a legitimate law enforcement job, that's worth getting pissed off about.

That's just retarded.

Wat?

This is why all this equality shit is the way it is. Because the first thought of a lot of men is, "That chick shouldn't get paid as much as that dude, but fuck that dude, he should work harder."

There has to be dudes at the bottom, that's just how everything works. So the dude isn't studying BS worksheets or maybe he just doesn't have the base intel to do it in the first place, he clearly puts in work at the gym, which is important for his job.

In fact, him being at the bottom illustrates the point better than any other position possibly could, because even at the lowest of the low positions where physical violence may be necessary, this dude is worth more than five Ronda Roussey's, the pre-eminent woman fighter in the world.

The dude at the bottom is still worth more than the top female.

That's why this whole fucking equality make work for "equal" pay thing is total and complete bullshit. It's not just about women taking your job for less work and more pay, it's about them taking all of your brothers' jobs for less work and more pay, same as the current immigration situation.

I absolutely agree, but the moral of the story still stands. Don't be a court security officer or a cop. In either case, you'll either be some guy who didn't work hard enough to land a decent job or a guy who earned himself a respectable position and as a reward is forced to pull double duty thanks to political correctness.

Be your own man. Run your own business, stay under the radar and avoid lawsuits. Protect your interests and never put yourself in a position where one accusation from a pissed off female can put your whole lifestyle in jeopardy.

I'm so convinced of this that I've done just that. I've got income coming from many difference clients who have no connection to each other. I'm the only person who knows where I go each day and precisely where all my money comes from.

I could lose half my income sources tomorrow and would easily be able to rebuild in about one month.

I encourage all men to seriously consider a similar path. It takes risk and commitment, but it's very satisfying.

Yeah - it should be covered by the Home Insurance policy, so it's possible that the case is not as bad as it seems. The father of the boy may be even in on it.

If that is the case then I am frankly all for it - those corporations should be fucked every stage of the way. By the way - I was working for them myself, so I know that they are all bloodsuckers.

If she actually sues the father personally, then she is of course a lunatic bitch.

I imagine if it was some play to get insurance money, the insurance company offered something along the way to make it go away. Guess she got too greedy.

PC hiring doesn’t just extend to gender - just yesterday I was in Ralphs in LA and there was a crazy old homeless lady who was only wearing a bin liner walking around the store. The security guard was a short old white guy in his 60s. This fucker couldn’t even run, let alone take her down. He yelled at her a few times but she ignored him. She left the store of her own accord after a couple of minutes.

In regards to the story, one has to wonder what kind of thought process this woman has. I have lots of nieces and nephews, I could never do anything like this to them.

^^^ well if she is as fucked up as she seemed she probably had loads of jealousy directed at her sister. Maybe she was quietly joyed that her sister passed. The more I learn the more it seems women can truly do some terrible things.

Her bitterness has consumed her.

Lows odds the dead sister left an inheritance to the kid via a testamentary trust, and this is one way it can be taken off the kid.

But since the kid isn't a legal adult wouldn't his father have to deal with the liability of the suit?

At one point, she was claiming her insurance company refused to pay her medical bills until she sued - it was a lie. This guy did a breakdown on Imgur about it.

What the insurance defense lawyer said in the Imgur post was 100% correct.

Whether the kid's father was liable through a vicarious liability theory for his minor son or the son was individually liable is a legal point that depends on state law, but for practical purposes isn't really relevant because in either case the father's homeowner's insurance would have covered if liability was found. Homeowner's policies typically provide at least $250,000 worth of coverage for negligence, plus paying for the costs of defending the lawsuit. So the father's and kid's assets were never actually at risk, since policy limits exceeded the amount of the claim. Still, she is a cunt, because because being sued is a really unpleasant experience and it will affect the father's and maybe the kid's insurance rates in the future.

About 97% of personal injury cases filed never go to trial, some are dismissed but most are settled. This is exactly the sort of case a civil defense lawyer is likely to take to trial; it has a very unsympathetic plaintiff, a very sympathetic defendant, a weak claim of negligence on the facts, and a low exposure to damages. The defense probably offered a "cost of defense plus medicals" settlement but she rejected that in an attempt to get a payday. Instead she got no money, and her name in the news as the villain of the week, and she is forever googleable for this. So justice prevailed and this HR cunt got some karma that I'm sure has been coming to her for a long time.
