They went from the building to my house. Eventually I had to get the big guns. Now I'm bug free.
Aloha!
Are bedbugs and roaches a common occurrence in Hawaii? One of my buddies came back from there recently and told me he's never seen so many roaches in his life.
You have never seen a cockroach until you have seen a Hawaiian cockroach, big, flying two inch long cockroaches that will fly at your face, we call them 747's.
Never had bedbugs though, all the haoles from the mainland must have brought those.

I take Diatomaceous Earth everyday internally. Its good for the hair, nails and also is supposed to be good for killing any parasites you might have. After a couple months use, my hair does appear shinier/healthier.
I also took out an anthill in my backyard with it.

these little f$##kers are probably the closest thing to proving the devil exists
in emergency travel situations when its really bad, you can douse yourself with baking soda
Also ive found steam, heat/sun, cold temperatures work too. Washing bedding in hot temperature with a bit of bleach/tea tree oil is good too. Ive found strong smells from essential oils repel them, with cedar-wood being very effective. Sometimes when they get on you its so bad that only a really hot shower can strip you of the little bastards burying into your skin.
Pyrethrim /Neem is useful to look into to
