Have you thought about moving out of Miami? Is only work keeping you there?

Pretty much work/clients keeps me here for now....but, my 5 year plan has me out of here completely by 2015.

Miami is not a place for any hispanic man (rich or poor) to live, but especially a rich hispanic man. Reason: You'll just be another face in the crowd of Hispanic, rich men, who now competes for female attention with guys that are younger, and just as rich.

If I was a French, Asian, English (from UK, not Toronto) rich man....then yeah, Miami is the spot for you. Anyone else, go elsewhere for better f-close success rates. Even white, American guys are finding it tough to f-close average girls in Miami nowadays. American White boys are losing a lot of their exotic value with local latina girls to European competition.

Going to a smaller pond, where you are exotic and one of the very few rich....now that is the key to a happy life. [Image: smile.gif]

People think that crime is higher in Johannesburg. Its not. Its just that Joburg has a higher population and is much, much bigger. From Southern Johannesburg to Northern Pretoria, you are talking non stop commercial, industrial, residential and informal development that stretches over 140km end to end. It is massive

Anyone who thinks crime in South Africa is not really a problem is either half mad, ignorant, living in denial or has not travelled much and is so used to that rubbish they think its normal if they are from the Cape. A South Africans perception of crime is far from normal guys, they live with that shit daily.

I posted stats earlier in this thread. A lot of countries have travel warnings regarding the place now. Crime is not something that is exaggerated. Its real, its common and its quite often very violent. Its very much like Brazil, although in Brazil, you are safer if you avoid the favelas. South Africa is the same, although they target affluent areas.

Jamaica? I hope you love blackwomen

Do you know anything about Jamaica or the women there? I do(I am Jamaican), but I'm hoping you have some idea of the quality available there since you're making a judgement about it.

In addition to this, in this theoretical scenario I'm a billionaire with a G5 and at least four other residences. Who said I was going just for the local women? I'm not living there permanently, and I can fly to Latin America or another island and bring women over whenever I want.

You seem to think I have limits in this scenario(stuck in one place, dealing with cost of living, limited to local women, etc). I don't. I'm a billionaire with a private jet, a residence on nearly every inhabited continent, and millions in passive income. The world is my oyster.

Quote:Quote:

Pairs over Barcelona?!?!?!

...what's wrong with Paris, exactly?

Fine women, lots to do, central location, London(where all the world's billionaire playboys go to hang and show off their cars) a stone's throw away, Switzerland pretty close by(gotta store my billions safely), the South of France a quick drive away(Monaco to hang with my billionaire kin and enjoy the company of my yacht), Scandinavia's not too distant either. I can park the jet and hop in the GT and cover all of these areas quickly from Paris thanks to its central location.

Doesn't sound too bad to me. I'm sure Barcelona has plenty of plusses, but Paris doesn't appear to be some sort of universal downgrade at all.

Cape Town? Why in gods earth would you want to LIVE in Cape Town South Africa? [Image: huh.gif]

One more time: I am a billionaire with a G5, passive income in the tens of millions and a minimum of five residences across the planet.
I'm not "living" in any particular place for much more than a couple of months at a time, if even. I come and go as I please, and do as I please.

Besides, Cape Town is a nice place, as others have said here. I've been aware of that for a while, but I hope for my sake that others continue to sleep on it.

Less competition for my imaginary billionaire self.

In terms of living Cape town beats joburg hands down. No question. I'm moving up to joburg next year for work but I'm still sure that cape town for a wealthy tourist/part time resident is leagues ahead. Joburg is good for working and earning lots of cash.

As much as South Africa has got a rep for HIV, it really isn't a big problem if you bang decent quality girls. It's a lot more prevalent in the townships than the affluent areas.

Girls are not easy as there are lots of wealthy, good looking pimping guys so competition is high. I walk through a mall in makati and everyone looks at me because I'm most likely the only white male there. In cape town you will see lots of good looking guys that range from white to black so don't expect much of an advantage.

And winter is not the best, as people have said, but it rarely goes under 10'c. You'd be foolish to come to cape town in winter though as summer is prime time.

If you were rich...

C'mon, guys, think outside the box... you're rich!!! Use the cities for shopping and nightclubs.

South Pacific - some atoll with my own private lagoon... I'm thinking fishing pole next to my hammock, topless Tahitian drink servers.
Grimmelwald (sp.), Switzerland - Swiss Alps, do everything on skis, everything connected by trams and lifts. A winter wonderland with shopping, nightlife, and hot rich girls.
Buzios, RJ, Brazil - 26 beaches, all beautiful and different and within 10 minutes of each other. Not great for women, so bring your own.
Positano, Italy - a cozy villa on the cliff with a view of the town and the sea... very classy place with amazingly good food... Oh yeah, private chef!
Arabian desert - a quaint oasis, make friends with the local sultan to get full access to his harem. Be on the lookout for sand in pussy.
Tibet - one month a year with my personal lama, meditating in the mountains to release the stress caused by being so f*cking rich!

... funerals are insane, the chicks are so horny, its not even fair, its like fishing with dynamite ... Ma!!! The meat loaf!!!

I'm right there with you buddy... That's what I'm all about... I like being in places where the everything in the environment puts winds in my sails (aka being exotic).

Here in New York/New Jersey.. I'm just another regular guy... I make a decent income but so do so many others. I have decent game, but so many do many others... I'm just another fish in the sea over here...

But when I go to Latin America, even though I'm Latino, I am exotic... not just an average guy, In Latin America I'm above average. Down there in many small cities, I would be considered rich... Down there the fact that I speak english and have a degree from an American university, are all DHVs. You can imagine that white gringos have it even better, but even for a Latino guy that blends in at first sight, all those factors, and many others make it a much nice placer to live in.

My aunts ex husband is this older cuban guy. He loves going down to Latin America, back to Cuba and other countries. We were sitting on the steps talking one day and he said "chico, aqui yo soy un Chihuahua, pero alla yo soy in gran danes"... That translates into "over here (in the United States) I'm a Chihuahua, but over there (In Latin America), I'm a great dane...

I'd rather be a great dane...

Being a wealthy man who retires into a smaller location makes sense. Being a wealthy man who still intends to work? Chances you could do it from one of these smaller towns is slim to none. Smaller towns are fine when you want to disconnect for a while, but if you are going to continue working, most people would have to be where the action is.

It does not matter how wealthy I become, Ill never stop working. Everyday its feeling less like work and more like one big fuckin game anyway.

Don't see why anyone who had made it to super wealthy millionaire or biollionaire status would continue working, it'd just get in the way of all the fun stuff you could be getting up to.

No need to work full time or anything. But chances are you'd still get the itch to do something, even if you become your own employer. Lets say you take some of your billions and decide to start your own company, or start buying franchises, or start your own charter airline, or start investing, etc. You're going to be doing some work in any of those scenarios, though it won't be the 9-5 stuff normal folks do.

You'll also get prestigious offers because of the accomplishments you made to get your wealth. Maybe your old college/university asks you to come back and be a trustee. Maybe you just do a few speaking engagements a year (for a couple hundred grand each time). Maybe a couple of companies ask you to sit on their boards. All of these require some "work"(time commitment, some responsibility, etc), but they can be rewarding and enjoyable.

What exactly is work? It is a subjective term that means different things for different people.

Some people don't want to go out and game lizards, it's too much work, they'd rather wifey up with a fatty and ride that out.

Some people don't want to travel to different countries and learn new languages and gain different experiences, it's too much work for them, they'd rather mill around in their cesspool and take whatever chance has got leftover for them instead of creating their own chances.

So to really dig in, one has to ask, what is work?

The work does not actually feel like work anymore though, thats what most people dont realise. Most of the crappy mundane stuff you are palming off to people around you. When you reach a certain point, most of your time is actually spent either deal making or providing high level support to people who report to you or people you outsource too. Its interesting, its creative and its fun.

Do you think Donald Trump even knows how to use Excel? When do you think was the last time he picked up a phone to book his car in for a service? How often do you think he waits in a telephone cue? You think he is playing golf on a Saturday morning while the wife goes shopping? Of course not. He tees off at 9 on a Wednesday following a nice breakfast, after which he follows up on a few calls in the back of the rolls while his chaufer drives him back to the office. He will check his emails, follow up on a bit of paperwork, then head out to dinner or some event before he goes home and fucks his model wife.

Granted, he is high profile, but that is how these guys live.

Like I say, the more you climb, the more you realise this shit is all a game. Thats all it is. One, big game. The only people who see it as work are the people laboring away. They associate the words work with labour. They hate their jobs, and rightly so. Being stuck in a cubicle or slaving away on a construction site is pretty shit.

If you were rich...

It's all about control and ownership. After you make enough money to satisfy your urges, one wants control. If a person feels they are working at something that is meaningless and has no say in the issue, work becomes boring to them and they become resentful.

If you truly enjoy your job and actually do it in your free time, then when you become 'rich', you will continue to do it and probably gain ownership.

Maybe you make shoes. If you are rich, you will simply buy the company and control how the shoes are made. If you so wish, you can continue to hang in the manufacturing section and make the shoes or you can handle things from a managerial perspective..

So you would not hit on girls during the day?

My day would be a bit different:

0700-1000wake-up, yoga, exercise an breakfast
1000- 1300start harassing women at cafes, malls and lunch spots where secretaries hang out.

1300-1500 Sarge at beaches, malls. Usually tourists.

1600 power meal

I don't eat dinner, I eat a light snack and protein shake so more chasing tail until 0000

I would surely hit on girls throughout the day as opportunities presented itself.

They would just be by products of my day time routine. Not something I would focus per say as my day would evolve around alot more than swooping.

I would already be swooping and partying EVERY NIGHT so the daytime would be more focused on other activities.

If you were rich...

I think I will change my list a bit, if I may.

North America - Montreal
South America - Brazil, small town driving distance to Rio / San Paulo
Europe - Original choice was Stockholm, but I believe even with the hot girls I would get bored. I agree with whoever said Paris, so many other places are accessible by car.
Asia - Japan
Africa - Morrocco/Tenerife (yeah I know it is technically Spain)/Cape Verde Islands

NYC - Capital of the known universe. Certain type of clever gritty girl. Absolute top music of many kinds. Perhaps one of the only
cities besides Paris where women are so far towards the right of the bell curve they are occassionally capable of logical thought.

HONOLULU - Incredible hapa girls that will be as nasty as you want to be. Puritan self-denial seems to have never sold well here.
Quote from one I gamed "It has to hurt". Another: "You'll have to beat it out of me." My, my.

STOCKHOLM - Nothing like making a snooty blond girl call you "Master."

TOKYO - Nothing like having a cute 19 year old call you "Master" without you even asking.

MOSCOW - What's fun without a little fear?

Edit: I realized none of these have easy access to nearby mountains for skiing and bicycling. Salzburg?
