Not possible for her to tell you an accurate number unless she's full of sodium pentathol. If she's skinny to begin with I'd guess upper inside thighs chub out first, or look at the size of their belly pooch.

Lie about some reason you need to know her weight about...

Become a personal trainer. Turn the conversation professional. Make it a professional question. Takes a while to do this, I'd not advise.
Probably none of these will work without her knowing you just wanted to know her weight, but it'll at least divert attention from the actual question.

My most frequent FB is this skinny 20 y/o gal with flesh in all the right places. I have my scale next to my bed. Since the first time we banged, she stepped on it afterwards on her own. 50 kilos. I weight more than two times her. That fact alone gave me another hard-on for a second round.
Bragaddocio aside, have a scale in handy. Weight yourself first, then tell her it's her turn. At worst you can tell her you are concerned about health and shit. It helps if you are fit yourself.

I think if you are concerned about her keeping her weight off, just look at her. Her arms, legs, etc. You can tell if she is fit or not.

I generally precede the question with, "how tall are you?" No girl would hesitate to tell you her height. Like it would be the logical progression, I follow it up with "and how much do you weigh?"
So far no girl has balked because it seemed like a natural continuation of the conversation.

This is a weight lifting forum, pick her up. Never fails. I've lifted a barbell with 2-45s on the end enough times off the floor for rows, or just to re-rack it, that I can tell what that weight is as a locate point.
I've been with a few girls who looked 125-135 range, and once I picked them up, they were definitely 150ish, give or take.

Drive the pickup to a scrapyard where you drive onto a scale. Get the weight of you and your truck, then repeat the process with her in the vehicle and do the math. You'll have to scrap something both times, but if you really want to know without her knowledge...
Seems like a lot of work anyway. I agree with all the above who advocate the boner test over raw numbers.
