So I went to Vilnius Lithuania for almost 2 weeks. My trip was inspired after hooking up with a big tit Lithuanian girl back in the US, and reading stories from Roosh and guys here about their beautiful long brown hair, slender bodies, and feminine character. The Facts
Vilnius is relatively quiet, clean, and safe.
It's is not a big city by European capital standards. About 800k in the metro area, and just half a million in the city proper. The place is spread out a fair bit, which makes the feel of downtown Vilnius perfectly quaint, or too small, depending on the time of day.
Pretty much everyone speaks good to perfect level English. No problems communicating with girls, or getting around.
Prices are nice. A studio flat in old town via Airbnb can be had for $40-60 per night. For 10 Euros, you can get a drink, soup/appetizer and main dish for dinner at a nice restaurant. The quality of food is fair. Not anything special, or particularly bad. Entry to a nice club is typically free, to no more than 3 - 5 Euros.
Get Hype
I've stayed in Tallinn, Moscow, Kiev, Warsaw, Prague, and many other slavic capitals. These cities grow some of the best girls in the world. So my baseline for comparison was already high. But after just a few hours walking around old town Vilnius, I knew I was in for a treat.
I'm been traveling around Europe for a minute now. Compared to when I started writing these reports some years back, I have a more objective opinion these days when it comes to beauty. With that, I'm happy to report that Lithuanian women are, on average, among the most beautiful I've seen anywhere.
To concur with Roosh's findings, Lithuanian girls probably have the best hair quality in the world. Very long, super straight, and almost always light brown to dark blonde in color. Their heads smell like a baby. Almost every girl I met outside of this phenotype was mixed with something non-Lithuanian. If you're into light brunettes, this place is your mecca. If you prefer blonde blondes though, Danish girls have them beat decidedly in the hair department.
Lithuanian girls faces are above average, to very beautiful. Eyes are usually not as striking as Czech or Ukrainian girls, nor as modelesque as Russian, nor as pretty pretty as a high end scandinavian chick. They definitely have their own aesthetic, and it's lovely.
Slender arms & upper bodies, with A to B cup boobs. Breast size looks notably smaller on average in Lithuania compared to Poland, and especially Hungary. But I still saw an occasional big rack.
Lithuanian women have this perfect hips, legs & ass proportion going on. They don't have big asses. Just the right goldilocks balance between width, and bubble. Tight jeans are standard issue here. Combine this with moderate to extreme thigh gap as a common sight, and it is glorious.
Eye contact from girls on the street can be intense. But their eyes don't break down submissively as they do in Russia or Ukraine. They tend to just keep looking, more curious than inviting.
Walking around during the day, I saw the highest average quality of girls I've seen just about anywhere. Moscow or Kiev has many more girls running around in general (and in heels), but average quality is notably higher in Vilnius.
The only downside about looks is due to the small gene pool, Lithuanian girls can start to look the same after a while. It doesn't help that they all dress the same.
Acceptable age difference is about +10 years, which is much better than the west, but not as good as Russia/Ukraine where it's closer to +15.
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Girls in Vilnius gave me almost no extra bonus points for being American. Some thought it was cool or interesting, but it didn't trigger any white god factor like I experience in Russia or Ukraine.
The men are taller, better looking, and less domineering in Lithuania than all other former soviet union countries. I believe this has a lot to do with their women's lack of thirst when compared to Russian or Ukrainian girls. This is bad from a game perspective, but better genetic potential if you're looking for a women to give you a son/family in the future.
People dress more classic than sexy here compared to other FSU countries. Women are almost always in tight jeans and flat shoes. High heels are more rare, but you do see them sometimes.
Lithuanian girls are definitely not as feminine as Russian or Ukrainian. They speak their minds, and see themselves as equal to men in most ways. They're also not as sweet as Polish. That said, they're still light years more traditional and girly then Western anglosphere girls. This is a good thing.
The occasional Polish style butterface can be a fly in the Lithuanian beauty ointment. Seeing one is unfortunate, but rare enough to not be a real issue.
Lithuanian girls feature painfully dull, boring personalities. Similar to Scandanavian girls. This was a big drawback for me. I quite missed the playful banter and good natured ribbing other Eastern European girls can provide.
In Russia, girls who are not immediately sold on you have an almost endless capacity to keep entertaining your game. If you're dedicated, it feels like you always have an opportunity to change her mind. Russian girls also test early, and hard. But women test because they are interested. In contrast, I found many Lithuanian girls didn't care either way. For example; I texted a hot Lithuanian girl "I don't understand" in response to a short 1 word answer she gave me. She replied "and I don't care )". This blatant IDGAF attitude was not representative of the women in general, but I hadn't experienced it since Budapest. Especially for a place where I thought being Western would give me some bonus points, which Vilnius does not.

Vilnius is a very good city for daygame. Approachability is high. Women always stop, and gave me the directions, or conversation. When going direct, ie; "I thought you were cute. I had to meet you", receptiveness was more mixed.
I approached about 2 dozen lone wolf targets during my stay, and went on 4 sit down coffee instadates. 3 of them ended up having serious boyfriends (they still gave me their numbers). One of which a shy 18 y/o student who became my personal tour guide around the city for a few hours, and offered to set me up with her single friends (of which I didn't stay long enough to capitalize on). The 4th sit down was a personal 9/10 barbie doll I approached in a Sushi restaurant with her friend, VikkiChristinaBarcelona style, but she ended up flaking on our salsa plans. A 5th one ran away right before we got to the cafe, so I don't really count it.
The best spot for me was the intersection of Vilnius G. & Gedimino Prospect. It's the main hub of the city, with the most available targets. Plenty of nearby cafe's, and a nice green park to boot.
The second best was walking due northwest from the aforementioned intersection, up to the big Europa shopping mall, as well as inside the mall itself. There are so many beautiful girls walking around this route that I was falling in love every 5 minutes.

I matched with about 100 girls within a few days after landing, and hardly got any more matches after that.
Slow, 1 word replies were the norm. Lithuanian girls have no flirting skill. On par with Swedish, Danish, etc. Girls would simply respond "haha", or "yeah, I guess that's true". I had to create lots of content to get them out. Most did not respond at all, yet many continued to post "moments" nearly every day to get attention.
One night, a girl I matched with posted a moment about where she would be, and to try to find her. It was early in the night, and having nothing better to do I accepted. I ended up actually finding her at a bar with her girlfriends. She seemed attracted to me, but ultimately I couldn't peel her away from her friends.
I met up with 5 Tinder girls in person. All 4 of them were decent enough 7's, but below Lithuanian average quality, and more western in their attitudes. I didn't pursue 2nd dates.

TLDR; Friday nights go off. Saturday nights were shockingly quiet. Cocainn and Salento are the 2 main off-night options, and very hit or miss. Mostly miss.

Pablo Latino; It's where 30's, 40's, even some 50's women go to dance. I paid my 5 Euro cover charge, walked in, did a lap around the venue, realized I wasn't attracted to anyone, and walked out.
Disco 311 Buddha; Sausage city. 1 big bridal party. Lots of backpacking German tourists. House music so loud I could not hear a damn thing. I walked about after 10 minutes.
I tried it again the following Friday night. It was a night & day better turnout. Favorable ratio, with some VERY hot girls. Possibly the best I saw during my trip. It was all local Lithuanian guys this time, and they were going total caveman style on the dancefloor, with little success. Verbal game was not possible here due to the deafening volume and high energy, so dance floor game was required to open. As a solo operative, I was unable to penetrate any of the cliques for anything more than a brief bump & grind, before getting shut out by my targets girlfriends. Would love to come back here with a wing in the future.
Mojo; Tiny & trendy dance club. Also very loud, but manageable. Full of couples, and thirsty men on the sidelines staring at a small selection of late 20's girls dancing in pairs. I made 1 or 2 approaches here, which didn't go anywhere. Claustrophobic feeling in here. The guys were in thristy predator mode.
Mega club; Only open on Fridays and 1 other week night, this was the best spot I found. Nicely isolated long bar upstairs, big dance floor downstairs. I approached many girls, danced, and got some phone numbers from cute early 20's Lithuanians. I got flaked on follow up dates by all the girls I sourced from this venue, but if I stayed longer, I would have had success from here. By far the best spot I found for Friday night in Vilnius. More pro Russian vibe & music. Highly recommended.

Paparazzi bar; Trendy and thirsty late 20's and 30's women in pairs. This would have been a good spot to pre-game with a wing. Women definitely on the prowl for a provider here. ONS chances seemed low.
The rest of the bars & clubs in the city were surprisingly quiet on Sat night. I got whistled at by 3 blonde girls from a car. Unfortunately that was the most sexual interest I got.
2nd Friday night;
Mohito; I loved this bar place so much I got drunk out of my mind, approached like the terminator, and stayed until 8am. I also lost my jacket. It has long narrow bar corridors, which lends itself to people striking up conversations with new people. The quality was high. I also met a bunch of Americans here who were cool, and helped wing a few groups with me. I got a bunch of phone numbers and 1 makeout which was ultimately a cocktease, as she wouldn't leave her friend. Highly recommended.
Random nights (and holiday);
Opium (upstairs from some trendy restaurant); Alternative dance music underground scene. A.D.D teenage social circle crowd dancing with each other. Suited up in my 30's I stuck out like a sore thumb here. Did not feel comfortable.
Cocainn; As the name would suggest, hyper party venue with lots of young girls and foreigners. There are at least some women here most nights. It's more of an after hours spot, after the "real" venues get played out. Best chance of ONS here by far. I got a bunch of numbers, some dances, and 2 make outs from this venue.
Salento; This late night spot has a reputation for where low quality girls go to get hit on by Spanish, Italian, and Turkish tourists. It was only going off 1 night of the 4 that I stopped in. It has a nice size dance floor, and many girls are open to dancing with whoever and whatever comes grinding up behind them.
The Bottom Line
I loved the city and the women. I hated the lukewarm reception. Especially compared to other FSU places.
The average quality in little Vilnius trumps all the big crazy cities in almost every way. I've lived in dozens of medium & small places too, with no shortage of stunners. Yet in Vilnius, I felt a strong urge to impregnate the majority of girls just cruising the shopping mall...so why did I leave?
It comes down to the simple fact that when it comes to actually getting with lots of girls, Moscow, Manhattan, or even London are better cities. Despite higher quality here, gaming in Vilnius is a tough slog.
The aforementioned big 3 offer plenty of nightlife & tinder sluts to tide a guy over, until you find a good girl. In Vilnius, I got the sense that I was going to need to put in work for at least 1 month, maybe 2 before landing a solid 8.
I think of Vilnius as a small, elite unit. Everyone knows each other. People have lived there whole lives there, and are in no rush.
In closing, I'd say that if you're at a point in your life that you're looking for a dream girl, and you're able to invest a solid month or 2 in a new city (with the possibility of not getting laid for a while), it would be tough to beat Vilnius for such a mission.
