Four more weeks 'til Roosh hits Mississauga (i.e.-Toronto), looking forward to what could be the highlight of the summer.
I'm assuming that any post-event socializing will take place back in downtown Toronto, as Mississauga isn't exactly known for its nightlife.

Outstanding NYC session…

The day started with a number of us joining Libertas and Tokyo Joe for lunch… It was great to put faces to names and get to know each other a ‘bit. You immediately felt welcome and knew right away that you were in the company of like-minded individuals.

A few hours later and it was on to the venue. Great crowd, and it was fantastic to see the passion in the room when it comes to masculinity and the need for men to act like men.

Kudos to the lady who joined; I’ll freely admit to being skeptical and even combatantly suspicious (my own term) the moment I saw her. I (and others) immediately looked her up online and verified her story soon after I introduced myself to her. Later, it was our pleasure to have her join us for dinner and, while I’ll refrain from making a shameless plug for her blog here (which I’ll defer to someone with more reputation here to choose to do so, or not); Suffice to say she proved herself worthy to mix it up with men of our constitution and determination. Bravo, Lady… You will be welcome in my company anytime!

Back to the main event: It was great to be able to sit up front with some of the younger men just getting into this. Wow… What my own life would be like today had I been 21 and in attendance today! Onward and upward, men… Your future is secure!

The admonition to find a social group and be the best man there is a good one and a tip that has served me well. There are some fantastic opportunities to do this through the Meetup groups here in Manhattan.

Others will have better summaries of Roosh’ points and tips, but what stood out for me was his acknowledgement of the fact that there is something much larger afoot as it relates to what I’ll refer to here as the homogenization and degendering of society. There is a much more insidious plan at work linking the media, government, and entertainment and it was good to hear it mentioned as being something Roosh is aware of and interested in learning more about.

I’ll work on a much more in-depth post (perhaps, an introductory post to the topic in general), but suffice it to say that when you see the agendas of feminists, homosexuals, the transgendered, freaks, politicians, entertainment, media, and academia begin to coalesce into one, a rational and thinking man begins to connect the dots and realize something else must be going on.

Make no mistake… there most certainly is. Read-up on topics such as The Bilderberg’s, The Tri-Lateral Commission, David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, The New World Order and the United Nations… There are numerous well-written scholarly works that talk about how each of these organizations works to numb the minds and poison the water of the proletariat so that further changes can be made (while you watch your cooking shows and reality TV), without you realizing what is going on. As Roosh pointed out; It was no coincidence that, on the day that the US Supreme Court legalizes Gay Marriage, the Whitehouse is lit-up with rainbow colored lights!

On the one hand it is gratifying for me to see this recognition on the manosphere. For about a year-and-a-half, I dated a very senior marketing executive for one of the top entertainment companies in the world here in Manhattan; I got to look deep into the mouth of the beast. Further, I consult regularly at the UN and I see some of what happens with policy first-hand. Before that, it was Homeland Security.

The biggest challenge I see is how do we build, grow, and continue the dialog of a more insidious force at work, and not lose our audience completely. Many who have devoted their lives to exposing the truths of the systemic deliberate amalgamation of societies are quickly marginalized and labeled as nutcases. Further, I know if I, as a 21 year-old who came to this forum to learn about pick-up and getting my next notch, I’d be a ‘bit pissed that the discussion suddenly turned to politics and sociology. After all, I’m just trying to get a piece of a 7, 8, or 9… Not read someone’s pontification of where the world is going!

No age-based disrespect meant by my statement above, just an acknowledgement of even my own, more youthful desire to focus on getting to enjoy the company of more beautiful women in my life. But as you get older, you connect more and more dots… you realize (as Jack Donovan puts it in ‘The Way of Men’), “Being good at being a man isn’t a quest for moral perfection, it’s about fighting to survive.”

NYC did not disappoint. The energy during Roosh's talk was the highest of the three events I attended. It helped that there were 100 dudes in attendance. The nights before and after were spectacular.

For the record, to the group who made it to Times Square at 4am -- I smashed that 21yo Mexican exchange student. Time to bang from first approach: 24 minutes. Gmac provided some nice photographic evidence. Thanks bro!

I hope the Canada stops are as much fun as the others were. I encourage all of you who can make it to hit either Montreal or Toronto.

I don't know why, but I always seem to miss the best things just at the moment before they happen.

The event met and exceeded my expectations. I'm sleepy as hell now but I'm still energized and even though it's gonna feel like 100 degrees today and I'm already tired, I want to go out and do some day game.

The lunch beforehand was a great way to start it off and put some names to faces. We were already energized as all hell going in because of that. The venue was a packed house - in fact the room seemed a bit small for the amount of guys that showed up. Lots of great guys there and being able to talk without a filter and make so many excellent contacts for the future was worth every penny by itself.

Roosh was everything you would expect and more. The lecture was informative and hilarious. He broke down the problems we face today, meeting women, and how to deal with the freak show very well as you would expect, though Roosh, I'm not going to let that blue hair comment go.

Q&A was informative, one of the really young guys especially tore it up when he talked about how he wanted to escape the freak show and teach in Russia.

Despite what the leftist narrative will tell you, the group was a diversity consultant's dream - except that we were all normal men. Guys of all different backgrounds, professions, and ages were there. Some of the guys were as young as 19 and others were in their 50's, but a theme that me, Tokyo Joe, and others hit on was that many of us looked younger than we really are, regardless of age. One guy said that's because we have low stress lives because we aren't cogs on the blue pill wheel (my words, not his, but you get the point).

I try to avoid Times Square on the weekends especially (demographics are surprisingly poor, as we saw) and wasn't in game mode yesterday, but Dagonet did a decent approach at Bryant Park at the end which was amusing to see. It was more important to meet like-minded men and exchange ideas and advice.

Basically, every single guy there had his head in the right place and the talks and contacts that I made were beyond reproach. It was worth every penny and if you can make one of the last two legs of the tour, I would tell you you're fool for not going.

Looking forward to getting the NYC crew rolling from here on out, and I hope this can happen every year.

I'll sound like a broken record, but it was great to be able for once to meet people who are not only aware of the issues we are facing these days as men but also have the drive to do something about it. Most of the people I encounter in my every day life aren't even aware of the forces acting them, let alone doing anything about it.

One of the things I pointed out to several of the people I talked to was that I'm sure the Manboobz of the world (who actually put up a blog post mentioning this event) thought we'd be a bunch of neckbeards sporting fedoras but looking around the room and the hotel bar I saw nothing of the sort. Hilarious considering their constant tiresome sermons on stereotyping people.

And for all the talk of us being proto-American Taliban, I really did not hear anything that I think would be considered super objectionable in neither the speech or the Q&A, unless you were a neon hair colored SJW that gets triggered at least 4 times when taking a troll down the street. There was actually a woman in the audience and I remember looking over her way to gauge her reaction that were being made and if anything she seem more amused then having her jimmies rustled by anything that was said.

These are some really interesting thoughts. Would you mind to elaborate a bit more in detail what you think it is that is going on, and what these groups are trying to achieve? You mentioned a "much more insidious plan" - what exactly do you mean?

I expected yesterday to be great and it lived up to all my expectations and more. It was great to actually see people living out the aspects of self-betterment that we advocate for here in the manosphere. Without going into great detail, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone that I did yesterday and talked with quite a number of interesting people from all different walks of life. Heck, as storm said, there were people in the lecture who had not even been on this forum, RoK, and certain other websites, but had been aware of game on some level.


One thing that I thought about this morning was how powerful an ideal or belief system could be. A few nights before yesterday, I had went to an alumni gathering sponsored by one of the associations of my former university. The turnout was about 100 people, and we were all alumni in our early and mid-20's who happened to be in the same city, but beyond that there was really nothing in common among us. It was glaringly evident as people were flocking only towards familiar companions or accompanying guests from their time as students. I contrast that environment with that at Roosh's lecture yesterday where pretty much everybody was willing to engage everyone else despite seemingly having no association whatsoever. It seems as if a set of ideals can have a lot more weight than some artificial glue created by a third party--in this case a few admissions officers.

After a few unexpected hurdles (having to get a new bank account after an unauthorized transaction and new clothing after an accidental major food spill - as well as barricades and tourists), I've finally made it to the Muse Hotel at 3:00pm to see Roosh speak. Unfortunately, I missed the 2:15pm meet & greet window, but I did socialize afterwards - since I wore a coral/red chrysanthemum sports coat, I couldn't be missed

Roosh later expressed to me that he was concerned from my facial expressions that I was disagreeing with him. That wasn't so. I was in shock at how unapologetic he was about the things he and other men said that I agree with but if said publicly, risks the wrath of SJWs in "the Land of the Perpetually Offended (USA)". Someone in the audience said to me this event was Too Real. I said it was Surreal (a wholesome positive way) - because for me, this is the 1st time I was around men who shared my similar values and beliefs.

For most of my life, I was submerged into radical feminism and socialism from my single parent upbringing from Africentric feminist mother. It was in college when I started seeing the hypocrisy of leftist beliefs and starting going to the further and further into the political right (And the Diversity-first University didn't accept a Black conservative --- but it was 2 other Black conservative aggressive men, who were also students, who me realize I've realized that I have a penis & testes --- as well as getting me to stop being so damn afraid & humble (feeling lowly). Since my father was mentality MIA and I had poor excuses for male role models, I was a white knight wuss with Zero game. Yet with time, trials and errors, I became the man I've wanted to be. I'm still a work-in-progress and improving daily, but I've came a long way from being raised in negative female household.

And I'm new to the Red Pill and Neomasculinity. I discovered Return to Kings Two Weeks ago - in trying to find an Art of Manliness article. Google decided to display Quintus Curtius' article "Art Of Manliness Is Poisoning The Concept Of Masculinity With Disney Lifestyle Advice" and once I've read that, I had to read more articles and I'm still reading more articles. This is next level info & support for me in becoming a better men. The lecture, Q&A session, and "after party" all exceeded my expectations in both DC and NYC. I thought Roosh did a great job keeping the content light, informative, and entertaining. I agree with Tokyo Joe in that Roosh definitely refined his talk over the previous week.

I really enjoyed getting to know all the RVF members (who's names I will no doubt botch or forget to mention because there were so many) and finally put a face to all the names. It was also good to run into some old familiar faces (i.e. Dagonet, Virgle Kent, The Rookie, and of course Roosh) and meet guys who were not (yet) part of the forum community. I'm also convinced I met the true IRT.

As others mentioned, a few of us met up the night before each the event to hit the town. Mostly it was just good to get out with some new folks. There wasn't a whole lot of "gaming" or approaching compared to the extent I'm used to which was completely fine. It was good to be out with more like-minded individuals again.

Night 1 in DC - Tokyo Joe organized a small group of guys and I recommended some spots around the general location of the event. We ended up grabbing a few drinks and getting to know each other before bouncing to another part of the city with a bit better nightlife. Unfortunately, the talent was terrible (go figure) and we lost some of the guys before moving on to a third area before settling for a nightcap around 3am. No crazy stories, just good conversation and good people.

Day 2 in DC - Lunch at a spot just down the street from the venue where a larger group of guys (around 10) showed. I was impressed by the wide variety of professions and the great distances a lot of the guys had traveled.

Night 2 in DC - After the Q&A a couple of us went straight upstairs to the rooftop bar where the ratios weren't so terrible (yet) but the attitudes were off the charts. Having lived in DC for many years now I've seen a lot of bad form with women, you'd think I'd be used to it by now. One woman who was at least mid 30's refused to give her number out and instead was passing around her business card like candy to thirsty dudes (eh I took one too).

By the time Roosh and the rest of the guys made it upstairs the sun had gone down and the scene was popping. Tokyo Joe and I had talked to more than our share of women but nothing was sticking and the ratios got progressively worse. Despite everything, our "long lost brother routine" still proved to be working nonetheless and we were completely bouncing off of each other's energy.

At one point we grabbed a large group of guys to hit the town, while the rest either hung around the hotel, had other plans, or just went to bed. The first spot turned out to be a bust with a line of thirsty dudes wrapping down the street and around the corner. The second bar was a large improvement and one of my old stomping grounds. Again, there wasn't a whole lot of approaching going on, that was until we headed out to the latin club down the street.

I ended up losing track of the number of drinks and shots being handed to me, and must admit I was impressed with the extreme drinking ability of our group. At one point I just had to start refusing them. I nodded towards two young 20-something girls who had that "deer in headlights" look and "Tokyo Joe the approaching machine" had already walked over and opened one of the two. I couldn't let him have all the fun.

Things seemed to be going well for us both and I was busy macking away for a while. Then I made the rookie mistake of leaving this girl unattended and found TJ back at the bar alone. Apparently the (in his words) fugly fat friend pulled the classic disappearing act. When I turned around I realized I'd been duped as well. Luckily I made a fully recovery by finding her, tossing her in a cab, and ultimately using the bathroom line to seal the deal. Thanks for jumping on that grenade for me TJ!

More to come on New York... but I'm running on empty now and need some sleep. Until then here's a picture of our very dangerous trio.

Remember these are the same people who drew the conclusion that because Elliot Rodger posted on a forum that was explicitly anti-PUA and goes against pretty much every concept that we advocate here, he must have been a PUA.
