I'm pretty sure bowling is nowhere near as physically active as soccer.

It's not, but my point is that American men used to have camraderie through bowling leagues and neighborhoods bars. Now they don't.

In the D.C. area, you are way more likely to see a F.O.B. Hispanic person in the gym, than a Hispanic person who was born here. In Miami, Los Angeles, and New York, you see a lot of both kinds of people.

If you live in Miami, and you're not in the gym -- not at least in decent shape with decent looks -- you will have to pay for anything above average pussy, either as a simp or as a john.

Pick your poison.

Gyms here are usually $10 a month with no contract, city is full of fuckable women of all ages, and there are small areas highly concentrated with dimes who you'll have to have more than the average bear to procure.

I remember talking to my cousins when the first came to the US, they prefered homemade mexican food food over US food.

Why? They dislike processed foods and claimed they could taste "the processed" properties in burgers and pizza. I'm guessing they meant the preservatives.

A while back I only ate home made stuff for a month, I went to golden corral and cicis pizza....man, I finally understood what they meant by tasting "the processed" in food.

My pops said when he came to the US in 85 fast food tasted weird from him so he shied from it, ironically he started tasting it from working at a whataburger. Now he's fat.

Game is the difference between a broke average looking dude in a 2nd tier city turning bad bitch feminists into maids and fucktoys and a well to do lawyer with 50x the dough taking 3 dates to bang broads in philly.

At my gym there is this mexican guy that joined during the new years rush, he's come in every day and lifts for 30 minutes and then does stair steps for 30 minutes which are about 8 inches high non stop for 30 minutes. No big deal right? Well he started off at 470 lbs... Needless to say seeing somebody that big go at the stair steps for that long at full speed was pretty damn impressive. Last time I spoke to him about 2 weeks ago he said he was now down to 344 but even at that weight it's impressive seeing him float around like this when he warms up with the jump rope:

I asked him about his diet and the only thing he did was switch from coca cola to coke zero and stopped eating fast food everyday. He takes a kale + protein + creatine + banana shake before the workout, then just eats typical mexican food (rice, beans, tamales, dos equis, etc). Sundays are cheat days since he takes his kids out after church and he'll eat cake for birthdays and stuff but that's about it.

At 344 you can see his muscles beginning to show but what impresses me most is his endurance, on Saturdays he'll do the stair steps non stop for an hour and doesn't even take a break or need to open his mouth to breath which should defy biology given how big he is.

I might have to start experimenting with this way of eating...
